It started with poor communication by the host and then went to ghosting communication on the day of arrival. We had requested an early check in if at all possible but never received a response. Arrived 15 minutes before arrival with absolutely no check in instructions to find a back sliding glass door wide open, could view through the windows that all bed sheets were off and unmade and a huge pile...

The house was perfect for us with a one-year-old and three-year-old, including the way the pool is situated and built. And you can't beat a heated pool in November! Perfect ocean views too. Seriously we were so satisfied and happy and will more than likely be back next year. Thank you」

「The house is in a great location with lots of trees and views of the bay. It’s a well appointed and comfortable place. Our only issue was having to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the rest. It limited privacy for that guest. The elevator was not working so this was the only option. Otherwise we had a great stay.」
