It was so clean and had everything we could have ever needed in the kitchen. The beach was within walking distance, which is a must for us.We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic dog friendly house ! We enjoyed the tree cover throughout this gated neighborhood when walking our new pup. Easy access to the bay and just a short 2 min drive to beach access. The elevator made load in / load out a breeze. Would stay here again.

Great House!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice, clean, and well stocked with all kitchen things you need. Very convenient walk to the pool and bay. Beach access IS NOT within walking distance! You have to drive to public beach access which was not convenient. Otherwise, the house was as advertised.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was super clean and well appointed, we didn't miss very many things from home. Very good location, nice people in the neighborhood, they helped me with my boat at the dock in fact. Great views and porches, and the area under the house was great, extra fridge, storage, and shade. The elevator was broken while we were there which would have been nice to have. The only other thing I can say is if you bring a boat be careful you cannot use the house's boat lift so you must tie up carefully with the winds and tide changes there, about 20 plus inches.
