PARADISE FALLS, St. George Island Vacation Rental - This inviting home offers 2 large covered decks to enjoy PARADISE! Slip into a relaxing vacation at Paradise Falls in the West Gulf Beaches neighborhood of St. George Island. Paradise Falls offers four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. You are steps away from your beach access across the street, and have your own private pool to enjoy too!

The exterior of this home offers under house, concrete parking and a covered entry. An elevator makes unpacking for your stay a breeze. A refreshing pool with a spill over tub offers hours of fun for the little ones too! An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is perfect after a day at the beach and a fish cleaning station with park style grill is provided too.

The first floor offers two king bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, two with balcony access and the laundry room is also on this level. There is also a queen suite with private bath on this floor too.

The second floors offers spectacular breathtaking views of the gulf. With the large open floor plan you can see the gulf from almost every angle. This floor offers a master king suite with double vanity bath attached. You also have access to the balcony from the bedroom or living/dining room. The covered decks are perfect for enjoying your morning sunrise or evening sunset.

The house was ready early. Upon arrival the house was as expected. The host added little welcome boxes in the bathrooms and kitchen with soap. We went to use the grill and it had not been cleaned from previous guests.

House was as described. Mostly clean. Floors were a bit dirty, but it IS a beach house. Having the elevator was a life saver for my disabled mother. Beautiful & unobstructed view of Gulf…waves crashing on the beach…even though the house is across the street from the beach. Direct beach access from house. Considering our dismal 202;, celebrating Christmas at the beach was a reall winner!! May have to do it again for ‘25!
