Moving into the kitchen, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need during your stay and is equipped with stainless appliances. The kitchen has a second dining table that seats four and Gulf front bar that seats an additional four adjacent to the kitchen. The large sunroom is located off the kitchen providing stunning views from the plethora of windows. The master suite features a king bed with en-suite bathroom that features a stand up shower. The second bedroom on the main level features a queen bed. A neighboring bathroom features a standard shower/tub combo. The entrance to the basement is located in the kitchen. The basement includes a large open room that features multiple seating areas, ping pong table, foosball table, card table, mini fridge and a Pac-Man machine. The third bedroom of the home is also located in the basement featuring a double/single bunk bed and a double bed with a single trundle. A neighboring full bathroom features a standard shower/tub combo. The exterior of this home features a large sun deck with NEW HOT TUB, private boardwalk, park style grill, outdoor shower and fish cleaning station.
