Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: SeaGlass Cottage is a total Charmer. All the windows make it bright and cheerful. Your choice of four decks makes options for sun or shade any time of the day. Each room is spacious and inviting due to the vaulted ceiling. Being in the St George Plantation allows for unlimited biking and easy access beachwalking. Truly... it’s glorious.

We loved the location of house but felt it was outdated and dirty in some areas (vents, blinds, utility room) but overall enjoyed our time at the sea glass. Was really sad to have to leave 2 days early because of the evacuation but was impressed with the islands preparedness plan.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a charming house with an airy unique round treehouse feel. Lots of stairs for each level but wasn’t a problem for us. Pretty beach colors! The beds were comfy. Really short path to the beach which was a happy surprise. The “bug guy” guy came during our 5 day stay. That could have been planned better to happen when we weren’t there. Guests be warned there is only 1 small roll of toilet paper provided so be sure to bring your own tp, garbage bags, etc. This is a very well-loved house. The extra outdoor shower was a handy feature to rinse off with warm water. Overall, we loved staying at Sea Glass Cottage!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Cottage was so much fun! It's full of surprises and character. The picture doesn't really show just how close you are to the beach. You walk a few feet down a stone path lined with seashells straight to the wooden boardwalk and the beach is at your feet! The Cottage is full 360 views of the outdoors because of all of the windows but you are surrounded by trees so it feels extremely private! I probably wouldn't bring small children here just because it's 3 levels of winding stairs and the sleeping quarters is on the second floor with kitchen and living room on the 3rd floor. We have teenagers and this place was absolutely perfect for our family. I would love to stay here again. The ONE thing we saw that could use some attention is cleaning the air conditioning return on the 3rd floor. The living and kitchen area was very inviting and the master bedroom with a wall full of mirrors made us giggle!! So did the heat lamp in the master bathroom! We would absolutely stay here again if we have the chance.

The house could be so cute with some TLC. It needs some updates, but also repairs - the ceiling in the living room is distracting and the balconies seem slightly unstable. There were also mouse droppings and large roaches. The beds we comfortable, the upstairs seating area was so comfortable, and the outdoor shower is great. The wooded path to the beach is perfect. So quiet, so private.

The house was close to the beach in a gated community and that was nice. The house was cool because it was designed so differently. We really liked that. Our microwave did not work but property management got us a working microwave within a hour. They were fantastic and very easy to communicate with. The access to the beach was great. The stay was a good one. Bang for the buck? Boom Boom Pow! For the price we were able to snag it was a fantastic find!

Some suggestions: The kitchen needs more pots and pans for a larger group. The toaster quit working. The fold out couch was old and difficult to fold out. the flooring on the second floor was unglued for a large part. Otherwise, excellent location and excellent stay!!
