We had an amazing stay at Spice Island! The beach is gorgeous, the rooms are super comfortable, and the food was way better than your typical all-inclusive. The staff were so friendly and made everything easy. Super peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Would 100% go back!

Very Clean Room, accommodating staff, very willing to help. Unbelievably friendly, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The food was good, quite decent but not as good as my previous visit. I would not hesitate return.

Eu odiei esse hotel! A praia é linda mas os funcionarios do restaurante são péssimos , ele riem da sua cara e te tratam mal. Parece que estão fazendo um favor de te atender. Eu já passei por 90 países e posso afirmar que Granada tem um atendimento pessimo. Um hotel sem alma e sem carisma para o valor cobrado. Falta muito para saber o que é excelencia em tratar um hóspede.

Wasn’t fond of the Expedia reservations person but at my arrival at the resort I was so taken care off that I enjoyed my stay and rate this place a 10/10 definitely returning and avoiding the chat

I loved how they care for all of their guest. They truly make you feel special there. I would recommend this property to anyone who is planning on visiting Grenada. Side note, please bring bug spray because the bugs/insects are no joke!

The staff are extremely nice and service was amazing. To be honest, I have never had any type of service this good before. Fabian, the guest experiences manager is very friendly and goes out of his way to make sure everyone is having a good time. Food is also very good.

The hotel and staff were fantastic. You can really feel that this hotel is privatelybowned and all employees are bought into the ethos of the hotel. Everyone that we met was polite and provided an excellent level of service. The food was also excellent and the room and pool were of a veey high standard. The only missing thing I think are some snacks in the minibar. We will definately return to this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service. Likes: 1 staff's attention, friendliness, and follow-through, 2 Royal suite's pool/outdoor area-privacy, spaciousness and overall relaxing comfort 3 restaurants' staff friendliness, efficiency and food variety-tastes - every meal was incredible thanks to head chef Brenda Joseph and her staff Unique Moments: 1 advance email inquiry for special room, food, vacation requests; all requests met 2 arrival front office greeting AND knowing our names 3 immediate resolution to maintenance issues 4 Fabian's personalized guest experience check-ins almost every day 5 ABSOLUTELY MOST IMPRESSIVE - Caralena, the assistant food and beverage manager, checked and arranged a pre-order when we shared that we had incredible frogs' legs and sweetbreads in France. Caralena and Brenda created the dishes for our last dinner AND the dishes tasted even BETTER than those we had in Paris! Dislike: 1 having to leave

Set right on one of the longest beaches in The Caribbean The Spice Island Hotels offers good food and service. Most people there are over 65 so if you are young you might be the youngest couple by far. If you can afford it, go for the beach front rooms which are right on the beach

By far the absolute BEST all inclusive I have ever stayed at. Went for a girls trip with my best friend and couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing place to stay. The hotel reached out in advance asking if we wanted a car service to pick us up, it was an extra charge but so worth it!! We were promptly picked up in a Porsche truck, welcomed to the hotel with drinks and cool towels. Escorted to our upgraded room (free of charge just because the hotel wasn’t at full capacity), we were given a stunning room on the beach. The place was immaculate, staff service was like nothing I have ever experienced. Ever staff member knew us by name, the hotel had maybe 50 people staying yet they were fully staffed. You never waited for a drink, or had to ask for something twice, they were just beyond thoughtful and really made every attempt to make sure you had everything you could possibly want. We went on a private excursion to the waterfalls (7 sisters) which I highly recommend it was a highlight of the trip. I thought it would be like one of these group excursions but nope that’s not how they roll at spice island we have a private tour guide, very reasonably priced and so worth it. Not much to do on the property but that is just what we wanted, the gorgeous beach and pina coladas we more than enough to occupy us. Food was the best I have had at an all inclusive, every night a different menu, all alla cart none of these mediocre anything and everything buffets at spice island.
