“A rather dated hotel on a small quiet beach to the south of St James. We liked the location and being so close to the beach. The included water sports (Not unlimited) and the use of the water taxi to sister hotels was a plus. We didn’t go to the pool and never saw anybody else using it as the beach is far more desirable. We didn’t like the lack of electrical sockets in our bedroom - we had to pull the fridge out just to charge a mobile phone. The food is pretty average but edible. We preferred……

“Our stay fell far below expectations for an all-inclusive resort. Most restaurants were closed, food options were extremely limited, and the concierge was unable to secure a required restaurant reservation. Service was inconsistent, and liquor availability varied by location. Housekeeping was a recurring problem. We waited approximately three hours for towels, had to retrieve toilet paper ourselves, and experienced inconsistent room cleaning despite being told there was a $25 cleaning fee. Our……

“A good location and very nice beach adjacent to the property . The hotel itself has a place to swim, but there’s no beach. You have to go down some stairs with a rocky abutment, but the swimming is OK if you don’t mind not having sand. The biggest problem I have with this place is the all inclusive amenities very small portions very limited variety of food unfortunately it is one of the worst all inclusives when it comes to food that I ever went to . If they improve on this aspect, I would give……

“The property was beautiful and well maintained, with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious at every restaurant we tried and there are so many restaurants to choose from. Only 3 required a reservation. There are several pools to swim in and some even have a live dj throughout the day, so the vibe is amazing! There is also a beautiful sky top bar, pool and restaurant. We will definitely be back again!”
