St. Johns Bluff hotels in Jacksonville

"Although these are cheap Rooms I can see why! I had roaches in my room and there were many things broken such as the headlight was ripped off of the head board as well as the door being broken."

"My boyfriend and I booked for our anniversary and the room was definitely not what we expected. The towels in the bathroom had rust stains on them. Only 2 decently cleaned towels. The sides on the shower were rusted and looked like it needed to be deep cleaned. We asked to be switched rooms initially due to us booking a beach view and we didn't get that. The receptionist was very nice, and did the best she could. However, going into the new room, it had the same view, but now on a lower floor, and way more smaller than our first room. Disappointed in the room, and didn't want to spend more time downstairs dealing with the room and the cleanliness as I mentioned it was our anniversary and time was already spent on this. As we had dinner reservations. More than likely, won't be coming back to this location and now hesitant to visit other Margaritaville locations. This location was highly recommended to us by my sister who frequently stays at your Orlando location ."

"Called owner for electricity outage problem and they never reply back."

"We usually love staying at Embassy suites however this location significantly let us down. Staff were not very helpful and check in process/reception took a very long time. Atmosphere was much more chaotic than we are used to with non-stop noise coming in through the walls into the room. "

"The privacy deadbolt didn’t work. The toilet never stopped running and had a rust stain down the back. A $25 fee is charged for a pet. I’m not sure what that goes toward. There is no refrigerator. Ice machine is not on the main floor."

"First off, the staff was very rude. No one spoke English at all, and they all had attitudes the middle of the day. There’s nobody at the front desk when you scream and ring the bell. Nobody answers there is ice buckets in every room, but no ice machine horrible the worst place I have ever seen."

"Very heavy dust in the bathroom vent. No hot water for showers both mornings. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Coffee was good. Unfortunately, our first night we had a barking dog across from us that barked continuously for 45 minutes. We finally called the front desk and it stopped. This should not be allowed to continue to happen. Location in proximity to the beach we would stay again."
