Welcome to your cozy downtown retreat in the heart of historic St. John’s. Built in 1890, this charming main-floor apartment blends heritage character with warm, small-town charm. Whether you`re here for work, a romantic weekend, or exploring the colorful streets of St. John`s, this is your idyllic historic-urban stay.

This is the main floor of a traditional two-apartment townhouse. Upon entry, you’ll walk into a small shared porch area with two private doors — your unit is on the left, secured with an electronic lock for your privacy. Inside, the space is thoughtfully furnished with comfort in mind:

✔️ A functional kitchen with everything you need for light cooking
✔️A clean, updated bathroom
✔️A restful bedroom featuring a double bed with fresh linens and soft lighting

Self check-in with smart locks makes arrival easy. You’ll receive two unique codes — one for the front entry and one for your private apartment. A parking pass for on-street parking will be waiting for you on the coat rack inside. Guests enjoy access to the whole apartment and the backyard.

Please Note:
To help ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, a fully refundable damage-deposit hold of $250 may be placed on your card shortly after arrival. This is only a pre-authorization (not a charge), and it’s automatically released within 5 business days of checkout, as long as everything is left in good shape, which is almost always the case. In the rare situation where something is damaged, only the actual cost of the damage would be deducted from the hold, and nothing more.
For cancellations, please be aware that once a cancellation request has been made, any processing fees incurred during your original booking will be deducted from the refund issued.
Thank you so much for your understanding, these small steps simply help us keep the space well-maintained and running smoothly for all guests.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. This includes cigarettes, vaping, and cannabis. However, feel free to step outside and smoke on the deck/patio. Smoking inside the property will result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction.
- Pets are not allowed. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in an additional charge of 500$ and immediate eviction from the property.
- In accordance with city guidelines, quiet hours are from 11 PM - 7 AM.
- Parties, loud music, and events are not permitted on the property.
- Please treat all amenities and facilities with care. Report any damages or issues immediately.
- No additional guests are permitted without prior approval. Please reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate guests.
-Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not share access codes or keys with anyone not registered.
- Failure to adhere to these rules may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without a refund.
- Please do not wear shoes inside the property.
- The host and/or owner are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage to property or guests that may occur during your stay.
- The guest making the reservation accepts full responsibility for the safety, actions, and liability for their party.
- No third-party bookings unless a `designated trip planner`
