「We had such a wonderful time here. The cabin is clean, cozy, with plenty of music and games. My dog loved sunning on the enclosed upper deck and sniffing around the yard. We didn’t see any bears but kept an eye out anyways. Perfect place for a laidback girl’s trip.」

「Property was quiet and private with an amazing river view and wildlife that you can see. We got to hear the Loon at a night. The RV was clean and had what we needed for our 2 night stay. RV also had a picnic table, grill, fire pit and several types of chairs to sit. There was also kayaks and a canoe to use to go on the river. Host has several other rentals in different areas that we will want to look into. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay we definitely recommend this location」

「This apartment was perfect for our three-day stay. The location is perfect for walking into town and centrally located in the region. Our host was super responsive and gave us wonderful suggestions and advice on local restaurants, breweries and outdoor activities we wanted (Sugarloaf hike was amazing!) 「I cannot express enough how very pleased I am! The property was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, and very comfortable. It is secluded and very quiet.
I do recommend 4wd to get to the cabin. There is a small general store at the bottom of the mountain if you need limited supplies too.」

「Fantastic getaway(perfect location) for 2 longtime friends and their dogs! We did a couple of the local walks, Perch pond and the snowmobile trail in the mornings. Then off hiking for the day to multiple scenic locations throughout NH. On our final night while sitting on the deck. The sled dogs put on a few vocal symphonies with assistance from our dogs(Odie and Zoey) and a couple of Barred Owls. The house provided everything we were looking for and more.」

「Our stay was fabulous. The living space was spacious and comfortable! Well stocked with cooking utensils.
The bedrooms upstairs are cozy. Not a lot of privacy, but enough for a few close friends and family.
Two of the beds are in a loft so be prepared to climb a ladder.
Over all, very little negative to say. If I was ever in the area again, I would stay.」

「This rental was the perfect location for our wedding guest weekend. 10 min to the Rocks Estate venue. 15 into Bethlehem and Littleton. We LOVED Bethlehem really cute and friendly. Also love the Iron Furnance Brewery in Franconia, which is just down the road. The house itself is lovely and feels new, except for furnature is DEFINATLEY "lived in", soft surfaces are heavily stained. Located off a dirt road on a dirt driveway. Jeeps are great! if you have a low riding car, watch out.
