What added value to this property is the proximity to the university (2.4 miles from the State Farm Center) 1 minute to a shopping center with a yogurt place, 6 min to a grocery store, and a neighborhood with walking trails. “This is a cute little home and looks just as in the pictures. We were 2 couples visiting our kids at U of I for parents’ weekend and wanted to stay together. This was the perfect option and so much more affordable compared to the exorbitant prices the hotels charge during visiting weekends. We had cars so being a couple miles from campus was no problem.
