「The Villa is amazing and very modern I love it. kitchen bedrooms and bathrooms fantastic very clean. quiet residential area my family loves it the view is amazing some cute little monkeys popping up early morning on the balcony my grandson enjoyed that the food at Roti Den restaurant is great and the host Reydon is 10/10 awesome very friendly checking in to make sure we’re ok will definitely stay there again 」

「We loved our stay! The home is gorgeous and I especially enjoyed working on the terrace every morning with a gentle breeze and the family of monkeys running across the fence. The teens loved the pool, the short walk to the beach, and the entertainment cottage for a nightly movie. We had some struggles with pandemic travel and Maria and her crew were kind and checked-in with advice, empathy, and encouragement. I highly recommend!」

「We stayed at the Belair House in January 2025 for 9 nights. We enjoyed everything about the home. It had all the supplies we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was amazing. Steps that led down to the beach were easily accessible. The area felt safe and directions received by owner to the house were easy to follow. 」

Saw hummingbirds during the day, and fireflies in the evening. Location was great - close to some great beaches. Felt very secure and safe. 「We had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa. It was spotlessly clean and very well furnished. The pool was a definite bonus! The villa is located right next to bus stops with a quick and very cheap bus ride into Holetown and along the coast. We also had the use of the beach club at the hotel opposite the villa, which was really appreciated, as it located on a lovely beachThe owner was brilliant to deal with. 「 Five adults just returned from a ten day stay at Villa Seawards and are already missing it. The Villa is even better in person, although you can see how nice it is in the pictures. Patsy and Dawn are absolute gems. Warm, funny, friendly - we wanted to take them home! They kept the Villa sparkling clean and cooked the most delicious meals. 「The Villa & surroundings were lovely. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms but not main living areas which did make the living area quite hot but it was it was a lovely stay. Kitchen was very well stocked & the villa was very clean. We would consider returning to the villa for our next stay.」
