“First I booked the room bc their biggest selling point was the indoor pool and once we arrived was told the pool has been closed for three years!!! Ok! Once we left the four of us was talking and we all had bites on us. My son and I was the worse. I had about 12 bites on my legs and buttocks he had about 8 on his legs and back. Which were BED BUGS!!! I DO NOT recommend this property”

“It was a horrible horrible experience. At first there was nothing really bad or good, it was smooth. We checked in the next night we decided to stay another night so we paid for that night. The next day which would be the third day I woke up sick and hurting really bad from an injury I'd had in a car accident so we was trying to make our mind up if we was going to stay or not. I contacted the front desk and asked for late checkout They told me that they did until 12:00. We stayed until 12:00 and……

“I have stayed this location a number of times not only because I am a brand member but location is perfect related to my repeat visits. the location has always been clean and cost effective. This trip the dining area was loaded with gnats/fruit flies. The shower had a stain that with some elbow grease would be removed also some visible mold however I didnt have the means or the time to resolve myself so we didnt shower only sink washed. We will revisit the location again and hope this was just……
