Very clean - all new appliances. Close to restaurants and downtown St Pete!

Not as described

In a very economically poor neighborhood. We were scared to death. I rented the property for 7 nights,My plan was to stay 3 nights by myself, however I was too frightened after Sunday evening to be by my self. I would have stayed Sun, Mon, Tues evenings by myself. However after Sunday and noises evening I was too frightened to stayvthe rest of the 2 nights. Sundau evening, the next door neighbor had music blaring until 123 a.n. As i was awake I did see a cockroach crawl out feom the fridge. When drining the neighborhood, there were several homless people and people who appeardn to be drug addits, i am not sure. As womwn, we did not feel safe. Perhaps a man would not feel the same. could not do it.
