Excellent!

We loved everything about this home. It had all that we needed for a 1 month stay. The fenced back yard was great for our dog, and Publix and the beach were so close. We would stay here every year if it was available. The hosts were wonderful and we really hope to be back!

Location, location, location!

This beautifully decorated property is inviting. Walk to the beach, walk to stores and restaurants as well as close to highway to get to St.Petersberg or Saraaota. My favorite paet of this rental is the backyard. It geta sun all day long. We were outside all the time.

Second stay, looking forward to a third

This was our second stay in the home and it was just as wonderful as our first. The house is comfortable, and the proximity to the beach can't be beat. we especially enjoyed the backyard patio, a wonderful place for a morning coffee. As the title says, we can't wait to be back.

Loved it!

After our 2 month stay, we didn't want to leave! You can walk to the beach, ride bikes to breakfast, walk your dogs to the park, relax in the back yard, and much more! Everything you need is on site,, and very responsive hosts for any questions.

Our Vacation

Dave & Lisa provided everything that was stated in the Listing, from all the amenities you would want to use at the Beach, only a Block away, including a Wagon to take it all there...the Accommodations were all you ask for, Comfortable Furniture, Beds and a fully stocked kitchen, and did I mention the beautiful landscaped Front & Back yard with Patio Furniture & a Umbrella for Shade when needed. Inside had many Pictures of Beaches & Seashells which showed their Love of the Gulf. Restaurants galore and most within walking distance.. Perfect Vacation Home in a perfect location. also a enclosed Florida Room...beautiful & quiet neighborhood.....Thank you Dave & Lisa for a wonderful Vacation in your home...Don &,Linda

Food and fun!

It was truly amazing. Not only the property but the paddleboards and bikes and firepit all afforded us a remarkable month. The dog loved the backyard and the owners texted back within minutes if questions arose. Second time renting this home and I recommend it very highly. Thank you to the owners...bh

Sweet, comfy and cozy

This home provided everything we needed! Location is perfect and central to everywhere we like to hang out. The backyard is pristine yet perfect for our two laid-back dogs to do their thing. Important to me for a vacation home is comfy beds and furniture and the kitchen and bath being stocked with plenty of quality essentials, which adds to the feeling of home and not just a vacation house, and all of those things are here. The beach toys were a great asset when the family came to visit for a weekend birthday bash. And the added touches to our welcome was so sweet and well thought out! Their home is reflective of Lisa and Dave who also are amazing!

Didn't want to leave

Our family of two adults and one 8 year old loved this house. Check-in/check-out was super easy, with a keypad for entry. This was super convenient for trips to the beach as there was no need to worry about losing keys. The inside of the house was clean, comfortable, and so cute. The house was full of wonderful touches, including a thoughtful gift basket on our arrival. The kitchen had all the utensils necessary for cooking full meals, even oil and spices. Both bedrooms were well appointed and comfortable. My favorite part of the home was easily the backyard. It is fully fenced, and beautifully landscaped. I loved having morning coffee on the back patio and relaxing with a book on the lounger. The home is only a couple blocks from the beach, easily walked in 5 minutes. It is necessary to cross a busy road to get there, but there is a crosswalk. A beach wagon, umbrella, sand toys, and floaties were all provided - everything you need for a great day at the beach. There is also an outside shower! During our stay we had a small issue, caused by a storm--the wind broke the backyard umbrella. We messaged the owner and received an immediate response, which led to a replacement being procured immediately. We were so pleased with the responsiveness and communication from the owner during the course of our stay. I would love to stay in this home again and would recommend it to anyone.

Awesome, awesome, awesome

We loved our stay here.. Had everything we needed. If you love to walk, you will never have to drive anywhere!! Beach, Publix and restaurants all within walking distance. Dave’s house has everything you need!!! Can’t wait until our next visit. Hated to leave. Thanks again Dave for letting us share your home!!

It was a very nice home

It served us very well. Had a few problems with the tv and took forever to get hot water to the bathroom sink. It could have been a little cleaner. Oven was filthy so we didn't use it. I cleaned the light above the eating table. Beds were very comfortable. Every thing we needed was there. It was about four or five blocks from the access to the beach. We didn't like the busy area so we will not visit again.
