Great location

This house was perfect for our family of 4 grandparents. The beach is a short walk away, and there are fun little restaurants and bars also within walking distance or a quick drive down the road.

This is our 5th family reunion at this property, and it has always been perfect. The pool and backyard are designed for family fun and the perfect beach is only a short walk away ( even this 70 Nana made the walk with no stress). We highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The pool was absolutely gorgeous—clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. One of the things we appreciated most was how family-friendly the setup was. The kids could safely play outside while we spent quality time together or took the occasional work call from inside the house. It really allowed us to balance work and family in a beautiful setting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and practical getaway!

Perfect House for families

Great house for families with the pool in the back and a true 5 min. walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops open even after the hurricane. Our second time staying and we can’t wait to go back again!

Great place

This adorable 3 bedroom 2 full bath single family Vrbo listed home with the perfect size swimming pool was more than we hoped for. It had a classic beach feel with eclectic touches of decor. We enjoyed our privacy while we woke up and while winding down in the evening. We would definitely book with them again. Couldn’t ask for nicer people to help you with your stay.

Great family home!

The house is perfect for families with kids or infants like we had. The house is very clean and stocked with all kitchen items and plenty of beach items, including a wagon and beach toys. The pool has floats available to use as well. The backyard is a paradise! We loved our stay and look forward to a return visit next year. The host is great at communicating and handled a small problem we had the same day. I would highly recommend this property!

Much needed Get Away

This is the perfect place to come to relax. We felt as though we had our own private resort. Nice short walk to the beach. But truly the backyard is where you will want to spend all your time. Brett was wonderful with his quick responses. We will stay here again for sure!

Great house and location

Definitely a great family getaway. We loved the backyard setting and beautiful pool. Home was clean and well equipped with all amenities needed. It was an easy walk to the beach and to several local bars/restaurants. We will be back!

Family vacay

This is our 4th year staying at this property and we have already reserved it for next year. Fall getaway

The property was just as the pictures showed it. Located in a nice neighborhood convenient to beach with a wonderful private pool and yard. We were surprised at how much was available in supplies provided and beach gear and bikes available. We plan to stay here again.

Awesome vacation home

We all enjoyed this place and would love to stay here again. Short walk to beach. The only thing I would change is I would have like to put chlorine in the pool since we stayed over week and not a fan of the outdoor cameras. Overall great place to stay and good neighborhood. No complaints

Awesome bungalow

We loved everything about this property! Comfortable beds and extra pillows. We so appreciated the amenities that were offered since we were traveling from out of state (coffee, shampoo, body wash, dish soap, laundry detergent, towels, beach chairs, cooler, wagon, floaters, etc.) The home had plenty of space for hanging out-inside and outside. Some extra blankets would have been nice but aside from that it was perfect! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you! wagon,irsfloat

We stayed at this home for the second time and are going back. It is beautiful inside and out. The pool area in the back yard is resort like. It is 2 blocks walk to beach and trolly stop. Great kitchen and living areas. Laundry. 3 BR and two baths. Very Clean. A must stay!!

We have stayed at a lot of rental houses in Florida, NC, SC, and AL. This one was our favorite. The pictures don't do it justice, we were shocked upon walking in at how much bigger the living room and kitchen were than expected. The pool and location are perfect. It is a short two blocks to the beach, you have to cross the "main road" in Indian Rocks, but there is a crosswalk with a button to signal drivers to stop and they all did immediately. The beach was perfect. It was never crowded like many that we've been to but also wasn't empty, it was exactly the number of people that I want to be around on the beach. We were only there for a few days in mid-July, but the water was the best temperature I've ever felt. And calm. There was still enough waves to feel like The Gulf. We spent more time in the Gulf here than in any other Gulf location or Ocean location because it was so amazing. I also didn't think twice about leaving my phone or other slight valuables in our camp even when all of us were in the water.This next part isn't advertised and I can see why, you don't want to guarantee these things as an owner, but as a cook and as a musician I have to mention that there is so much more there than any other place we have rented. There is a guitar there, there is an air fryer, a toaster oven, all the cooking utensils you need and my favorite, there were condiments, spices, cooking oils and cooking sprays. 10/10, we will be back.

Glad we stayed here over Clearwater!

This property was perfect. We visited for my sister's low-key bachelorette party where we enjoyed a short and very easy drive to Clearwater to spend the day and relaxed at the local beach (walking distance) the next day. The property is very clean and as described, the host is very responsive to questions, and nearly everything you need is already there. There are various spices, oils, all the cooking utensils you would need, Tupperware for leftovers, shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen, etc. So all you need to supply is the food! The grocery store isn't far, so if you're coming from TPA it would be worth waiting to see what you need to buy before going grocery shopping. The pool is not heated without a request during summer months, but it was warm and comfortable until quiet time at night. The drives from TPA and between Clearwater was very easy and Clearwater is closer than I expected. It was nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood with such easy access to Clearwater. 10/10 recommend and I'd love to come back!
