Sunset Cottage

We enjoyed our stay there. The cottage is very clean and cosy. The kitchen is equipped with various utensils, dishes and pans which make cooking easy. Beach chairs were a bonus! The only suggestions from me would be: 1) to somehow install an exterior fan in the bathroom and 2) provide a dehumidifier as the inside humidity is very high.

Very clean and inviting cottage, feels pleasingly comfortable. The garden and yard makes me feel happy and relaxed. Vicki seems like an old friend. Great information about area in room, from thrift stores to dog parks. I have recommended it to several people at work already.

The cottage is exactly as advertised, small but has everything one would need to live comfortably. It's probably 10x15 total, but use of space is great, still space to move around and store a few things. I'd come back in a minute.

Weekend in Dunedin

We kept busy doing things and enjoyed clean place to crash snd make some meals!

Positive: Quaint and reasonably priced. Good location to Jolly Trolley and Dunedin. Good parking. Nice to have access to bikes and bike/walking path so close to unit. Close to stores for making own food and drink. Great area restaurants! Nice neighbors! Downside: Bathroom smelled musty and some towels too, no remote for TV, AC was loud and didnt seem to work last few days. Recycle was always full so tossed in regular garbage. Overall: Satisfied with unit!

Review of the cottage

Vicky was a solid host and provided a comprehensive guidebook of the area with some off-the-beaten path suggestions as well restaurant recommendations that were all very good, plus tips on local service providers. The cottage is just as it appears in photos. We found one downside was that the cottage had a lingering dampness.

Great spot to explore both Dunedin and Clearwater

The cottage was exactly what we expected. It is a studio sized space, but had everything we needed. Vicki is very friendly and will help with any advice you might need. The free bike usage was wonderful. The gardens inbetween the three buildings were very peaceful. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

FRIENDLY PLACE

I enjoyed meeting Vicki and Dave, and felt very comfortable and welcomed during my month long stay at the cottage. Also, enjoyed meeting the next door neighbor. The cottage met all of my needs and expectations. The bike trail was great and only a block away. Thanks Vicki, Rick

Great little place..

Vicki was very accommodating! She had several suggestions for things to do while in town. The cottage is very quaint nothing crazy extravagant . It was just what my wife and I needed :) I would stay here again if I'm down this way. Thanks Vikki!
