The direct Gulf front views are spectacular from this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium with a bonus room including a murphy bed and sliding privacy room divider. The master bedroom features a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, sliding glass door to balcony. The second bedroom has 2 full beds with a hallway bath to use. There is a DVD in the living room and Washer/Dryer is right in the unit for added convenience. The head-on views of the Gulf of Mexico and lush tropical landscaping just below the balcony can be seen from both the living room and the master bedroom. FREE secure WiFi and FREE long distance to US and Canada. The pool deck has new (2019) lounge chairs and a number of tables and chairs as well. There is a large Heated Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, and both charcoal and gas grills. Recreation room with restrooms, a Ping Pong table and a lending book library. There is also a coin laundry available on the 2nd floor as an option. Non-Smoking. No Pets. Ask your rental manager about FREE weekday bicycle use. This unit has an assigned Undercover Parking space.

Great location, great customer service

Great location, great balcony, well stocked kitchen. Had trouble with dryer, would not turn on. Called office they had maintenance guy stop to check it right away. Could not fix but they gave a laundry credit right away, more than fair. We just used the laundry in the building, no problems. Very pleased with property management. Responsive and professional. Unit was very clean but a little tired. Needs new furniture, it was worn and stained. We threw a blanket over it for the week. Could use some fresh paint in a few areas. The master bed was very comfortable. We came home and bought a new bed after sleeping on that one! Overall, if I know the furniture is changed, I would stay again.

Great getaway!

We were impressed with the property. Clean, well situated, views of the Gulf off our balcony and living room, steps from the beach. We definitely stay there again.

amazing veiw

Laying in bed and feeling like your right next to the ocean was amazing. Very clean and perfect location. I was honestly was nervous because there was only one review and it was not good. The only thing i agree with the bad review is the dryer is worthless. Do not expect to dry anything and be prepared to dry even light weight thing for 4-6 hours. Horrible. But other then that I loved this place! great pool, hot tub! Would definitely return just hang you cloths out to dry lol.

If you like basic, and wet clothes, this is for you.

This unit serves it's purpose.To be beach front. Having access to the balcony from the master bdrm is why I choose this unit, and is a huge plus. What is missing is creature comforts you would like and mostly expect. Beds are hard and not comfortable at all, We all woke up with back pain everyday..Sofa and chairs same thing..hard as a rock. Would have been nice to know about the following BEFORE i rented this unit..Would have picked another... Washer and Dryer are tiny, so very small loads only, no towels or bedding can be used in these or really much of anything..Dryer is a "Ventless"model, which I have now learned means....wet clothes....they never dry.! Whats the point of having a dryer that DOESNT DRY YOUR CLOTHES...and Im not talking slightly damp...I mean WET...All i washed was 5 small pairs of underwear, and 4 t shirts.. Condo building has a full sized washer /dryer unit on otherside of the building to use, but who wants to carry laundry back and forth that far on Vacation? Way too time consuming.. TV remotes are a nightmare to switch the Tv's on, as it won't switch the input option correctly..sometimes it works, mostly it didn't. I did call the rental company and they couldn't get it figured out over the phone, so did send someone out. Fixed it, but once TV shuts it's self off** (yeah thats right)**after 3 hrs, back to the same thing...Normally wouldn't care about TV, but the weather was awful 4 days straight... I eventually gave up. Too much hassle. Unit is basic, but could use alot of improvement. Blinds in living room jam up easily, so just kept them closed to avoid making it worse, so no Ocean views from living room...closet doors in 2nd Bdrm off track and broken. Big Disappointment all around. Have stayed in Condos for the last 20 years , usually 3 times a year, and this is the first time where we were not happy with our stay...Wont be back.
