Featuring magnificent waterfront view from living room and bedroom. Unlike a high rise condo you do not have to walk to the balcony to see the water. Enjoy waterfront living, deep water and open bay views from you couch while you enjoy the wood burning fireplace in winter, or fish off your dock. You can enjoy the open water views from your bed and may never want to get up. The best restaurants and sport bars are directly across the street in the beautiful shopping plaza.

new marble top kitchen, Professional Series and Thor stainless steel appliances, private gated courtyard with high end hot tub spa. There is a small bonus room we do not call a bedroom because it does not have a window It has an additional twin bed with Posturpedic Mattress
Daily rentals are available for just one night if is the day of a check out or the day before a check in not in the middle of the week or for a party otherwise there is a 3 day minimum rental required.
The best restaurants and sport bars with all your shopping needs are directly across the street and jet ski and cabana rentals.
Marina with Tourist Boat trips just a few blocks walk as well as Famous Pier 60

Amenities include FREE BOAT TRIPS with the Captain in summer when time, weather and all the stars line up valued at $695
Check in at 2:00 or as early as 12:00 if not rented night before. Late check outs usually allowed at no additional charge Both by request.

Great stay!

The area out back is absolutely amazing! Sitting out there at all times of the day while our son fished, was the highlight of the stay. Incredibly relaxing. The beds were super comfortable and the rental had everything we needed. Captain Al is a fantastic host and answered any and all questions. Right across the street is a great pub and the pizza place a block over is awesome! Thanks so much Al!

Family Girls Trip

Perfect place to hang out in the mornings and evenings! Right on the bay…egrets and dolphins!! It was so easy to walk out the front door and walk to Sand Key or all the way to Downtown Clearwater. Capt. Al was super nice and helpful!! I texted several times before getting there and he always answered. We will be back!!

Great location

Nice place with everything you need. Conveniently located to restaurants and happenings. The cleaning crew did not do a good job before our arrival. The owner was quick to respond and offered to have them come back. We were only staying 2 nights so I didn’t bother. The owner did give me a small credit towards the cleaning fee.

Clearwater Vacation 2024

Captain Al is awesome. He took us boating and showed us some cool islands and toured the bay and parts of the Gulf. The property is in a great spot and had tons of things to do within walking distance. Really good vacation for me and the family.

Great Location and Charming Condo

The Condo was in a perfect spot to walk to beach, or shopping nearby. Amazing backyard on the bay for Serene family time or great spot to fish. Captain Al was super attentive, quick to respond and very friendly. Customer service was top notch. Great for a family of 5. Wi-Fi worked great and TV’s were a nice break from beach and activities.

I am very unhappy after we booked, paid and were already staying there they added a 200 dollar club fee after they researched club rules!! If there are fees they need to be upfront and in original contract!!

Luxury home away from home

We had a wonderful time. The location is ideal - so close to the beach, great food, and a few touristy stores. It was also set apart enough providing a calm and peaceful environment…and there is a fabulous view from the master bedroom. Everything one could possibly want (except maybe a few baking tools, but I’m guessing not many people bake when on vacation lol) was on site; huge smart TV’s in the bedrooms, the beds were really comfortable, and there were a plethora of nice, clean, fluffy towels - even shampoo/conditioner and body wash was provided. The hot tub was also a wonderful way to wind down at the end of the day. Captain Al was great with his communication and so hospitable and generous with his boat ride/tour. We would definitely return!

My wife and had business in Clearwater/ Tampa, this made a great home base being located next to restaurants and the water. Clean and comfortable. We will be back again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay! Great location with ease of walking to many restaurants. We enjoyed the beach across the street at Shephard's & Cabanas. One day we rented jet skis from Shephard's & had a blast! Clearwater Beach was nice but too crowded for our liking. Our favorite beach was Sand Key Beach just over the bridge. We swam with so many fish & saw a dolphin pretty close to us at one point! The house itself has an amazing view! It was well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc., & plenty of bath towels & some beach towels. The host was responsive & quickly got back to us any time we reached out. I would point out a few things though as to why we gave 4 stars instead of 5 that they could easily improve upon. The surface areas did not seem like they had been wiped down in a while. The kitchen/bathroom counters were all very gritty feeling & had small dead bugs near the back of them. There was also dust build-up & pet hair on the tables in the living room. The floors were also gritty & we had to wear shoes at all times in the house or our feet would immediately be black. We did not notice these things until we got back late the first night so just decided to wipe down the surfaces ourselves & sweep/vacuum. There was an abundance of lamps/knick-knacks that cluttered the area & the dining table seemed like it was going to fall apart at any moment making us nervous to use it. Other than those few issues the house was truly great & we would book it again!

Great Getaway

Walking distance to the beach and shops and food. The view was great and it was a calm and peaceful getaway for the whole family. Minutes drive over the bridge to Sand Key beach, which we found was the best one for us.
