This ground-floor corner condo in Belleair Beach is situated to provide guests with the ultimate oceanside experience, featuring a shared pool and beautiful Gulf views from the private patio, as well as ongoing updates to the interior since 2012. This rental also boasts a private washer/dryer, flatscreen TV in every room (a 42-inch TV in the living room), DVD player, and stereo.

Surrounded by well-maintained grounds and a short walk to the sand and water, this rental is near Bonefish Grill, located just over the bridge. Clearwater Marine Aquarium and the famed Pier 60 Park are only five miles north, with the Florida Botanical Gardens only five miles east.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Failure to Keep Up-To-Date
This is our second year. Love the place, but disappointed the owners haven’t invested a little money back into the unit. First, the guest bathroom shower head is broken and leaks. Next, in the master bathroom, the shower head doesn’t work very well and should be fixed or replaced. The shower wand keeps coming off and it’s difficult to adjust. Also, the sliding glass door to the shower is missing (must have broken in the past and not replaced). A regular shower curtain is up as a replacement, but it is too long. Next, the garbage disposal doesn’t work. And lastly, the dishwasher works but is very difficult to run…and could do a better job cleaning. All in all, the amount of money being charged for the unit should yield plenty of revenue to make improvements. PS. The master bedroom bed keeps sliding off the base. Need to find a way to fasten it down.

We had a great time. Definitely need a car as very residential and quiet. Pool is not heated so no one was in pool. Beach and view beautiful! Condo nicely decorated and very nice.

The only trip we've ever left early
Let me start with the good, so that I can be fair and honest about the entire stay. The condo itself is in a great location, in decent shape, mostly well stocked and without the below issues would be nice. So, why the 2 star review? I'll go from bad to worse. Like a prior review mentioned, there was a loud high pitched noise from the toilet every few hours. This was especially fun while trying to sleep. We called the Vacasa rep and at first her only suggestion was to just flush toilet. She did schedule a plumber but we didn't know that at first. No sorry for the inconvenience etc, just flush the toilet when you hear the sound, even at 3am. The plumber did come out and fix it so it was fine for the rest of the trip. During the trip, I felt dizzy and lightheaded when in the condo most of the time. We brought a CO detector and it was clear, but as soon as we would leave I felt fine. Return from dinner and felt awful again. We did find mold in the washer ring seal when we went to wash the towels before leaving. I can't say that was definitely the problem, but still gross. My son also complained of feeling dizzy once or twice, but my husband felt fine the whole time. This was the biggest problem. When we arrived and got settled, we immediately noticed little bugs all over the place. They were on the coffee table, the kitchen counters, kitchen sink, and by the sliding glass doors. At first we accepted it as just being in Florida. But they end up in your food, your cups, on us, everywhere. They got into EVERYTHING. All our snacks and food that wasn't in the fridge had to be put in ziplok bags. If you sat them down for 2 min, you had to check your food. They got into boxes of cookies, candy, anything. We finally called after 2 days and our rep got a bug guy out to us the next day without question. He set a few traps around and explained that they're "ghost ants" and they like sweet stuff, water, and hide under stuff when not eating. The traps helped but we still had to keep our food in bags and they would always live in the sink, in our towels etc. We just can't believe this place was cleaned well based on the # of bugs. By the time we got to day 4 we had enough and decided to pack up and leave the next morning. We let Vacasa know and asked about any refund based on our experience. They took a few days to talk with owner and told us no refund would be issued at all. We couldn't have been more disappointed in our first post-Covid vacation.

Absolutely beautiful!
The condo was stocked with everything we could need! We were so used to packing extra essentials (like toilet paper, dishwasher pods, spices) but we honestly didn’t need to! The bed in the master was sooo comfortable I even looked to see what kind it was and now I wanna buy one lol! The only quirky thing was the toilet in the master bathroom would whine/squeal as if there was pressure buildup?? Flushing it released the pressure but it would start again a few hours later. Overall though we would definitely stay here again!! Can’t beat the location!! 😍 we loved our vacation!

The proximity to the beach and pool was awesome! The only complaint I have is the water pressure in the showers. It was terrible!! I only feel clean after getting home and taking a shower with normal water pressure.
