3rd floor condo with magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico. This building walks out into the pool area and just cross the dunes and you are on sunny St Pete Beach! Come see why we are known as the sunset capital of Florida. (3rd floor walk up, no elevator.)

2 Bedrooms - 1 Queen bed in 1 bedroom, 2 doubles in the other, and a new pull out sofa in living room. Unit sleeps 8 people. 3rd floor condo, no elevators. Walk in shower in bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen to prepare your own meals. Comfy living room with tv.

Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Just cross the street and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sand between your toes!

The kitchen has pots, pans and all kitchens essentials to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book.

Distance from Beach:
Beach is located across the parking spaces from the Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water.
Units 100-400 are around the pool, Units 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court. This is unit # 306 - around the pool in building 300.

Easy check in with electronic door lock/code.
Wi-fi, cable included.
Linens & towels are included.
Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities onsite and routine housekeeping services are not included with these vacation rentals.
Beach Towels are available to RENT @ $5 each from ACT Vacation Rentals. Inquire if interested.
Beach Cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are available for RENT directly in front of condos, on the beach. There are also plenty of surf stores within walking distance.
There is a BBQ (charcoal) area on site as well as bike racks.
A close walk to many beach restaurants and bars.
Shopping is close by.
Many guests do not bring a car, however a parking permit is included if needed!
No elevators in building.
Sorry, no pets allowed per HOA. Strongly enforced.
Blender, toaster, coffee maker- drip & iron is included in rental.
Walk to great restaurants, beach bars, shops, or enjoy the sunsets on the beach.
3rd floor walk up, no elevator in the building.

1 parking permit is included with the stay. A second parking permit may be available for a fee, based on availability.

  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Location was great, only drawbacks building (not just our condo) is starting to show age with cracks and things. Nothing was dirty it just could use some cosmetic tlc.

Great location and Roger was easy to work with! The only thing that I would have liked is a TV in all the rooms for that evening relaxation but that is so minor considering the location, ease of access to the beach and pool. I will stay at this location in the future!!

This was a really nice place to stay, if a bit outdated. There were a few cracks in the ceiling and the ac had to be turned down just a few degrees at a time, and the stove was ancient. The place was nice and clean though, and had tons of chairs and beach stuff in the closet to take down. The view from the living room was wonderful, you could see clearly right down to the beach.

Location, Location, Location! This location on St. Pete Beach is excellent. Easy access to the beach with Gulf views from the unit! Walking distance to many places to eat or stock up on supplies. It was simple to rent beach chairs and umbrella for 45/day from beach vendor. If you don't plan to be on beach that long, unit provides chairs and towels.

Fantastic Condo Across From The Beach

We had a wonderful family vacation to St Pete Beach. The condo was clean with beautiful views of the Gulf. The location was ideal as it was directly across the street from the beach and within walking distance of many different restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, and shops. The pool area was very well maintained and clean. I was especially impressed with the landscaping around the condo complex. We would definitely rent here again!

Pool was heated and wonderful. Location is very close to beach. But, could use some updating. Couch very uncomfortable and not enough space for family of 4 to wind down and watch tv. Bedding was lacking luxury and not enough pillows. Definitely could not sleep 8. Many ceiling cracks- maybe from the storm. “Beach towels” were worn and tattered. Bring your own is necessary. Overall, we made it work and it was our first time using VRBO.

Great location BUT FILTHY, OLD FURNITURE AND IN DISREPAIR -

Good contact initially, even allowed to check in but when we got there ceilings cracked, old thrift store tables unclean, empty ice tray in freezer filthy, no one ever vacumed behind the stained thrift quality couch. Beds were old, towels old with holes, fan blades gross, ac warning filter required … not Vrbo quality and No contact with owner when we asked for a discount and all we were told was the cleaning staff was on report even though we were warned often that we would be fined if we did not do the dishes or take out the garbage - there is no way for us to have financial recourse for the guest if the host does not meet expectations or common standards.

Family vacation

It was a great location, the place was clean and just as advertised! We love St Pete beach and we were right across the street, great pool area too and the kids love the pool! Walk to many great restaurants and grocery stores all near by, we love this place and look forward to returning!

Overall the stay was amazing! The resort was quiet and peaceful. Was right on the beach with I think 3 or 4 access points from the room. Within walking distance to multiple local restaurants and shops. Loved to walk around and see everything. The beach access directly in front of the resort was so nice and that part od the beach was not over crowded like some of the other resorts. Would definitely stay here again. The house has everything you need the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and appliances. Bathroom is a little tight but it looks newly remodeled. Fit 8 of us perfectly.

Perfect for Families

The apartment was clean and well stocked, had all of the necessary kitchenware to make in house meals, saving a few dollars on eating out each day. Check in was easy, they do offer a parking permit. Property is right at the beach entrance and the pool area is nice.

Friendly Native condo

The Friendly Native property has been our go to for 15 years and we have stayed is several units. We have had no complaints until this unit. All the beds were uncomfortable, like a water bed when anyone moved, sloping to the middle from both sides. There were no dish towels or pot holders in the kitchen. We had to use one of the only two wash clothes from the bathroom. For the price we paid the furnishings should have more comfortable, you could feel the wood frame in the only chair in the living room. All the stools were of the cheapest wooden kind with no backs and were not comfortable to sit on for more than 2 minutes at a time.

Clean beach condo in a great location

The condo was very clean and was just like what was in the pictures. The location can not be beat being right by the pool and a block from the beach. The ocean view is great to view beautiful sunsets. There are many restaurants within walking distance too. Rodger was great with communicating in a timely manner and answered all our questions. I would recommend staying here and we'll definitely be back in the future!

Walk up third floor unit

This unit isn't the most updated, feels like a college apartment with nothing matching and random photos on the walls. It was very clean and we weren't there to be inside. Tile floors throughout. Bathroom is tight. Shower has been updated but the vanity is to large for the space. Two normal sized people do not fit. Living room chair is past it prime, it's like sitting on wood. Beds were comfy. Queen in one room, 2 doubles in the the other. No roof top access has been set up which is to bad. Kitchen has everything you would need to cook any meal, drip coffee pot, toaster, blender, pots and pans, no dishwasher. Pool area is great and the beach is steps away. Walking distance to 8 or 10 restaurants. Parking wasn't an issue as there are permit parking areas for FN guest. There were 2 bag chairs and 2 beach towels. Bring TP, paper towel, tissue, trash bags for your stay.

Great location!

Nice place in a great location. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants. We were close to the beach and it seemed a little quieter than other nearby beaches. The pool and pool area were also nice. This place had everything we needed for our family!

Cute little condo on the beach

We stayed in St. Pete’s for a week while my daughter toured colleges. We wanted to spend our down time on the beach so this condo was the perfect fit. We arrived really early in the morning, 1am so the virtual check in was awesome. The condo was clean, bedding was fresh and parking was ideal. Throughout the week we explored St. Pete’s. Loved the secret garden, shell hunting and Larry’s Ice Cream. We would definitely stay again,
