Just footsteps to the World Famous Downtown St. Pete (DTSP). My home is perfectly centrally located to all of St. Pete's finest attractions. Whether looking for great food, easy access to Downtown Nightlife, Concerts, Events & Conventions or simply want to enjoy the best living experience St. Pete has to offer during your stay, This is the place to be!

Please take your shoes off so the wood floors and light carpets stay nice.
Only confirmed guests are allowed in the unit.
Pets are not allowed in this unit for any reason.
Please request late check out before 9am on your departure date. Late check out for longer than 30 minutes without permission will result in a fee of half the nightly rate. If more than one hour, a fee of 1 nights rental will be charged.
If you would like to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub, please fill the water past the jets before turning on.
Please refrain from frying fish or cooking any other pungent foods during your stay.
While spending time in the condo or on the balconies please respect the neighbors. You will find that everyone is friendly and courteous. We are all in close proximity to each other so being quiet is a must.
Smoking of any kind including e-cigarettes is not allowed inside the condo. You may smoke on the balconies with the condo doors and windows closed. A fee of $300 will be assessed if smoke of any kind is detected upon departure.
Please return the parking pass and keys to avoid extra charges ($100 for the pass & $35 for the keys)
