2 Bed/2 Bath Condo in Indian Rocks Beach - We are pleased to report that our unit did not sustain any damage from the hurricanes.
Update on the property and any effects from the recent hurricanes:
• Grounds Restored: Our area fared better than many others, allowing for quicker restoration of the grounds.
• Pool Updates: The pool has been completely resurfaced, with new equipment and a heater, looking more inviting than ever.
• New Pool Fence and Beach Access: A new fence with gates has been installed, along with steps leading directly to the beach.
• New Gas Grills: The gas grills have been installed and are ready for use.
• New Sod and Sea Wall Lights: Fresh sod has been laid on the grounds, and new lights have been added at the sea wall.
• Building Repainted: The building has been repainted in a fresh creme color, a project scheduled before the hurricane.
• Shrubbery Replacement: The crew has been busy and most of the shrubbery affected by the storm has been completed, any left will be completed soon.
• Local Restaurants: Local restaurants are open and ready to serve you.
