Movie projector with drop down screen and giant comfy couch. 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, 2 bathrooms. Only 10-15 minute drive to John’s Pass, Madeira Beach & Treasure Island. Only 15 minutes to many of Florida’s top beaches. Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach, & Clearwater Beach.

Towels, chairs, a cooler, umbrella, a beach wagon/cart, and beach toys are all provided.

Chill in the pool on a floatie or enjoy a drink at Pat’s backyard Pub. The outdoor bar has a TV and a Bluetooth speaker! Stream your favorite tv show or listen to music while relaxing in the pool!

The pool is original to the house and shows some signs of age, especially on the steps (as shown in photo). Hot tub is brand new.
