This modern condo is a part of a quiet, seventeen-unit complex that sits on Indian Rocks Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. We are a located right down the street from Clearwater and are within driving distance of two major airports (Tampa International/Clearwater Airport).
This two bedroom and two full bath condo is great for six people and includes excellent amenities to make you feel like you are in your own home. From the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops finished with all the necessary appliances, pots, pans, utensils, and spices to prepare a gourmet meal. The living room, right off the kitchen, is furnished with new flooring and has plenty of seating to fit the whole family to enjoy your favorite movie or TV show on the new flat screen TV. Off the living room is the outdoor deck, with a partial beach view at a more manageable price point. A truly a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the relaxing sounds and smells of the beach with the new outdoor furniture with plenty of seats for the whole family.
There are two bedrooms in this condo and both rooms have their own full bathrooms. The master suite includes a king bed with an attached bathroom with plenty of countertop space and a walk-in shower. The other bedroom has two single beds, with memory foam mattresses, and a bathtub-shower combination. Both of the bedrooms have plenty of storage for your clothing, but don’t pack heavy – the unit has a private washer and dryer. Enjoy all your TV shows and movies right in bed, the master bedroom has 50" TV and the guest bedroom has a 32" TV, both wall mounted.
Pack lightly for the beach! Our condo is stocked with all the necessary for the beach: beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, umbrellas, mats, and even toys for the kids. All of this fit on a convenient cart that can easily be transported from the beach to the condo as our building has an elevator that reaches all floors.
One of the things you will enjoy about our condo is the location. We are located on Gulf Boulevard which has plenty of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. A few of our favorites are: Guppy’s, Crabby Bills, TJ's Italian Cafe, Mike's Pizza & Pub, and Café de Paris.
Please note: Our condo is not managed by a condo rental company. We have put together a team that 100% is dedicated to our guests. This is truly our “HomeAway from Home” and we want to share it with fabulous guests from around the world. We are available via phone and email 24/7 throughout your stay!
