Misrepresented

We were happy with the view. The condo was misrepresented, not newly renovated. Definitely needs some updates and a good cleaning. Although we enjoyed our stay.

Great Beach Vacation

Perfect spot for a beach and pool vacation. Beach was quiet and not too crowded. Pool was fabulous the kids loved it. You can walk to convenient store, shops and restaurants right across the street. Not far over the bridge are tons of activities. Great time. Thanks

December Beach Condo

This is a great unit and think anyone would be happy with it. Although this was our first time in this condo we have stayed in this structure for several years and will likely return. The location is fantastic with restaurants and shops directly across the street and great beach access along with the pool and hot tub. Free cab and Jolly Trolley makes all of the area easy to access and safe if alcohol is involved as well. The only problem, for which Radwa has no responsibility, was the lack of dependability of the elevators. We had to walk up 17 floors when we arrived and throughout the month only 1 of 2 elevators was typically operating and it often stopped on the wrong floor and was just a difficult to summon.

Good location and nice pool and beach views/access. The host is nice and responsive. However- The condo needs a lot of updating and needs to be cleaned better prior to hosting families. There was dust and my daughter kept finding prior tenants snacks/unwrapped candy/etc. under one of the chairs. Furniture was old and worn out. The balcony door locks didn’t work and we had to fix them for safety (the owner did reimburse us for that)

The view is spectacular from the 17th floor. The sunsets are terrific The unit was well stocked as far as plates, glassware, storage. Unfortunately the unit needed a deep cleaning, floors were filthy, furniture was dirty and worn, all of the towels were gray. The furniture in living room needs cleaning or replacement. The small bathroom shower was dirty and showed black mold inside and out. The shower head was in severe need of replacement , uncleanable. Could not use under these conditions. The master bathroom floor was very dirty, the shower head was moldy and covered with some substance. This was cleanable. The filter to the furnace showed signs of not having been changed in quite a while. Unit owner responsive to supply furnace filters, new microwave and cleaning. I suggested new service company

Definitely recommend.

We spent the month of January in this condo. Property manager was always responsive to questions-before and during our stay. Location is awesome, especially if you want to be a little further from the busy Clearwater area. Restaurants across the street are awesome! View of the Gulf is amazing! Condo itself was really nice, even if a little dated. As long as you don't expect the Ritz, you will enjoy. We had a wonderful month and wish we were still there instead of back in cold Ohio. :)

Spectacular view

This unit had a spectacular view and wonderful location on Sand Key. There were beautiful views of the Gulf off the rear balcony as well as wonderful morning views of the sunrise off the front balcony. The pool area was superb and well maintained. There was easy access to the beach as well. There were problems with getting the sliding door off the bedroom to properly close which resulted in some breeziness in the bedroom. Additionally, the kitchen window and front door did not seal tight which allowed for a draft through the unit. There were several days where the wind blew fairly strong and being on the 17th floor it resulted in a breeze into the unit and a whistling sound from the door. The sink in the master bedroom also had difficulty in draining as well as the closet door in the master was off its track. Despite some of these inconviences the views, location and pool made for an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful Views if the Water

This unit is in a perfect location relative to multiple beaches, and great restaurants. There are fantastic amenities - pool, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and 24 hour security. But the absolute cherry on top was the views from the 17th floor. Out the front door you get a phenomenal view of the inter coastal, and out the back window and balcony, the sparkling Gulf of Mexico.

location, location and comfort

Perfect location...beach just downstairs with pool, hot tub and tennis courts. Good restaurants across the street with various boutiques and jet ski rentals. The beach is one of the best in the USA and not crowded at all...great for walking in the early morning. The condo is nice with king size bed and walk-in closets...the works. Although the beach equipment could use updating, we would return in a flash. We would recommend this condo to a small family or two couples.

Our Happy Place

This is our third year staying in this unit. We love the condo, the building, our friends in the building, and the owners of the unit. We plan on returning every year for as long as our child wants to hang out with us. That alone should speak for itself. The views are lovely and the condo has everything that we need. The owner is super friendly and helpful. We have a choice of staying anywhere for our vacation, but we keep picking this place. It’s home away from home for us.

Beach front property with a million dollar view

We had a great time. The condo is well appointed and light with everything you need on hand. It is located close to everything and the beach, tennis court and pool are just downstairs. Every evening is a different firework display as the sun settles in the gulf. Wonderful! The only drawback but unrelated to the condo is the fact that the washer/dryer is not in the condo but shares one on each floor with the other occupants. One elevator was broken and had been for 3 months so the wait was longer than usual for the one that worked. In all, a very nice and comfortable stay.

The best place I stayed in in Clearwater beach

We stayed here in sebtember. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids and we are world travelers. The condo is lovely. Water front, right on the sand with amazing view of the gulf from the 17th floor. The view from the back overlooking the inter coastal is equally amazing and great for morning coffee watching the sunrise. The sunset at the front gulf side is adecting. The condo enterior is very contemporary and clean. It was backed up with every thing we needed. The building is conveniently located with a cute shopping plaza at its back yard which makes it very easy to get coffee, food, etc without need to drive. The Marriot and Sheraton are next to it also. The owner were very helpful and provided clear instructions that made the checkin and out very smooth. The interaction with the owner was delightful. I will definitely come back here every year as I call this place a second home at my favorite beach in the world.

Love it!

This was our second time renting this condo and we had even more fun this time, even though last time we had a blast. We met a number of very nice people, the condo was as clean as last time and the owners are wonderful. This year there wasn't a lot of rain so there was no mosquito problem at all on the boardwalk to the beach. We didn't have to run and we didn't wear any bug spray for the whole time we were there. This is one of our favourite places to visit.

Great condo at a terrific location.

We rented Radwa's condo during June 2017 and had a wonderful vacation. The condo is very nice and has all the amenities. Radwa is a gracious host and called to make sure everything was okay. The building itself was recently renovated and in good shape, as well as the pool and hot tub which were meticulously maintained. The location is fantastic and across from a tiny shopping center with nice shops and two real great restaurants; Backwaters and Columbia. We really enjoyed both patios; sunrises and nights on the bayside and sunsets on the gulf side. Will definitely book again. Thank you Radwa!

Million Dollar Views!

We loved this vacation rental. The views of the gulf and the intracoastal waterway are breathtaking. The condo has been updated beautifully and is very comfortable and stylish. We have stayed at Landmark Towers before and love the location - you can enjoy your own beach without the huge crowds at Clearwater Beach yet you are only minutes away by car or the Jolley Trolley which picks up right across the street at the Shoppes of Sand Key. It was great having all the stores and restaurants within walking distance. The owners are great to work with and we highly recommend this beautiful condo. You will not be disappointed. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked again for next year!
