This second floor unit had a great view of the pool area. Being on the same island meant that we were centrally located to St Petersburg and Clearwater

Nice stay

The unit was well equipped, probably better than any other condo I’ve stayed in. The only thing that needed replacing was the ceiling fan in the master bedroom, it was extremely noisy, made it hard to sleep. The A/C filter was in need of replacing, lots of dust was filtering out of all the vents. The vents were also pretty dirty! Overall great stay, great views of golf course !

Wonderful St. Pete Beach Vacation

This condo is located on Isla del Sol, just over the bridge from St. Pete Beach. The whole island is beautifully landscaped and the facilities are excellent. Access to beaches are just a short drive away and you can walk to St. Pete beach. The unit itself was very well taken care of and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. We did not hear any noise from neighboring units at all during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Senior Community

This condo was furnished well and clean. The layout was open and it was close to the pool. The community was designed for more senior residents as there are no sidewalks or play grounds. Parents should note that this unit was not best suited for children. While we do have active kids, we tried all week to make sure we were being as quiet as possible and our kids were in bed by 9:30 each night. Despite our best efforts and limited time spent at the condo (we were barely there), the neighbors in this condo complained. This was extremely disappointing and impacted our stay negatively.
