Nice place

Condo had all the little extras to make your stay comfortable. Unit seemed to be recently remodeled and was very clean and had a comfortable bed.

Great location. Beautiful view!

Great location. Close to restaurants and bars. Very close to the beach! They had chairs, an umbrella and cooler in the room for use which was great because we flew in! Ordered food from Publix which was very nice. The bed was very comfortable! Will definitely return.

Wonderful Week

Location absolutely perfect. Right on the beach. Owner provided so many extras to enjoy, beach chairs & toys & everything for the kitchen. Very comfortable for my husband me for the week. Great experience.

Love the sunsets!

Great Property, but better Hosts

The property was very nice, clean, fully supplied for a wonderful time at the beach. Check in process was seamless. The only complaint I would have to say is parking on the property is very tight, but they do have an overflow lot across the street. The best part of our experience was the helpfulness of the hosts, and their willingness to go over and above. Thank you.

Wonderful experience

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. It’s very clean and updated. A very quiet room, the balcony view of the Gulf is amazing and the beach is beautiful—White sand and blue water. We walked to the Sea Dog Brewing Co and had great food, great blueberry beers, and a view of the marina. We would definitely come back here again.

View is the best thing about this property.

View was spectacular! Would have liked to have had a washer and dryer even a stack over would have been nice. The public one was not working.

Fun week and definitely would recommend.

Everything was nice and in a good location. The room has what looks to be the start of Black mold on the ceiling, and the bathroom area wasn't cleaned very well. But overall the place was nice and we had a good time.

Perfect for what we needed

This place was perfect for a couple who wants to get away from it all for a few days! The place was extremely clean upon our arrival. The biggest difference between this place and the other VRBO properties is the thought behind the "little things" being provided. NICE beach chairs (with a cooler on the back), sand bucket, extra blanket, beach umbrella, boogie board, innertube, beach towels, laundry soap, dish soap, and the list goes on. The only slightly negative thing I could say is that the bed has a freakishly large pillow top which moves around and isn't the most comfortable-- and that's being picky.

Disappointed in room

We were disappointed to find the accommodations were not great. Floors were dirty, burned out light bulbs, beach equipment filthy. Sheets did not fit bed. No working coffee pot when we arrived. Only one elevator working and very dirty. For the price we could have done better. Great balcony view.

Excellent View and a Quiet Beach

This condo is in a beachside inn so it is on the smaller side but has plenty of space for 2 people. The oceanfront balcony was great and perfect to catch some beautiful sunsets. The beach itself was very quiet and peaceful in front of the inn. Publix was about a 15 minute walk down the road, which was super convenient. The restaurants in the area were ok, good for quick bites and simple food and drinks. The sea dog brewing company was about a 10 minute walk away, and more restaurants in town about a 15-20 minute walk. We really enjoyed restaurants in Tampa and St. Petersburg, both cities within 35+ minute driving distance away. Overall enjoyed our stay here, the owners stock it up nicely with all you need for the beach, and even a large DVD collection. There’s a tiki bar by the pool to get some great drinks and you can take them to the beach. I also never had to contact the owner/ rental company for anything. Will definitely consider staying again.

Great view/clean room

First off, the condo was clean and tidy. The beach was great because of the lack of people and the view was top notch from the room. They were doing construction on the building, which we knew prior, but really couldn't tell once inside. Was a bit cramped for four people (2 adults. 2 children) because the lack of storage space for the luggage and bags. Would be better suited just for two people. The lack of parking at the condo was a bit frustrating, especially when loading/unloading, but the lot across the street was easy enough. We made due and was only a minor inconvenience. Also seemed that most public parking on the island was "paid" parking and that got annoying as well. We just planned our shopping/eating trips around free parking. All in all, it was still a good location and a good trip.

Off season construction.

The condo itself was a perfect location for quick access to the beach! Everything was decorated nicely and the owners went over and above with sharing their personal belongings. I would recommend putting down a rug of some sort because no matter how hard we tried to wash the sand off our feet, we couldn't keep sand out of the bed. The staff at the condo was very helpful and friendly. The worst part of our visit was the construction. Had I been told about it, I would not have chosen this condo. It was noisy all the time, you couldn't sleep in. When we were on the beach, we moved our chairs far away from the noise of jack hammers and pounding of hammers to relax. You could not relax on balcony or anywhere close to condo because of the noise.
