This is 'The Spot' to step out and explore Treasure Isle or for a quick stroll over the bridge to St. Pete Beach, both vibrant coastal communities offering shops, eateries, activities and entertainment.
This second floor condo has an open living concept with a modern well equipped kitchen and a built in counter bar for dining. The living room has a comfortable sofa couch and loveseat to relax and watch TV. The bedroom is a Queen suite with plenty of room for clothing and personal affects. A modern full size bathroom with a large custom tile shower, sliding glass doors and large sink vanity with lighted mirror.
The complex's backyard is directly on the Intercostal Waterway offering guests views of nature and watercraft cruising by and you will have use of the fishing dock. The front window has a view is of the Intercoastal Waterway and the Marina across from the waterfront park.
We supply high speed Wi-Fi and complimentary beach essentials including beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a buggy. There is also parking for one vehicle.
Watch the watercraft comings and goings, bring your favorite beverage, stroll to many local eateries in Treasure Island and just over the bridge to St Pete Beach, and be in the middle of all of the activities this vibrant coastal community has to offer.
With a 30 day stay this is the perfect place for remote workers, contract nurses and professionals with everything you need for your home away from home.
Please note the condo is located on the second floor - no elevator - stair access only so you must be able to climb stairs.
- Responsible party booking this vacation rental must be 21 or older.
- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- This is a no smoking property, please do not smoke within the premises, you can do so on the outside of front fencing, but not in private or common areas on the property.
