Welcome to this spacious top floor oceanfront condo, located in beautiful Indian Shores, between Clearwater & St Pete Beach on the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of America. This exquisite condo with magnificent oceanfront views is just fabulous! We've taken great care to ensure everything about this vacation home is remarkable & tastefully complimented with King & Queen size beds, full kitchen/dining/bar area, Free High Speed Internet, Premium TV, Garage Parking, Private Beach, and Pool/Spa.
Tropical Beachfront Penthouse ! Beautiful 1,000 square foot 1 bedroom oceanfront condo overlooking the soft sugar sands of the Gulf of Mexico. This charming 1 Bedroom Unit with kitchen/dining/living area open plan has all the amenities of home. Make great memories as you relax and enjoy amazing Gulf views with spectacular sunsets from your living room, master bedroom, or private penthouse balcony. The living room features a fireplace, large flat screen TV with DVD player, and a Queen sofa sleeper. The bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, lots of closet space, full size dresser, and direct bathroom access. Both TV's feature basic and many premium channels. The full size en suite/private bathroom has a large 2 sink vanity and step-in shower with two shower heads and a balance bar. Nearby are supermarkets for your fully complimented Kitchen with all the amenities of home including a dishwasher. Or, if you prefer dining out, many local favorite Gulf Blvd Restaurants & Bars are close by. The condo also features a washer/dryer for your convenience, no need to over pack! For beach/pool days, bring only your swim wear as there's a Cooler, Beach Chairs, Noodles, Flip Flops, Boogie Board, Big Beach Towels, and more waiting for you. There is even a fireplace in the living room to make those occasionally cool Florida winter evenings cozier. This condo has FREE secure WiFi. The Beach Cottages II property offers a fully complimented Heated Pool, Hot Tub, and Courtyard Gas Grills for your use. The kitchen and bathroom have recently been fully updated. There is a dedicated ground floor garage spot with extra parking spots for visiting guests in our parking lot.

Positioned on the top floor of the beautiful Beach Cottage Resort II, this elevator accessible condo features a king size bedroom bed & queen size living room sofa bed, His/Her bathroom sinks, walk in shower with 2 telescoping shower heads, a fully equipped recently renovated kitchen with high end appliances, all cook and tableware including a crockpot, bar area with bar stools, dining room, carpeted living room, 2 HDTVs, DVD player, High Speed WiFi and of course air conditioning. There is also a Fireplace for cool Florida winter evenings, washer & dryer, extra linens, courtyard barbecue grill, and your balcony overlooking the beach and ocean from both your living room and bedroom.
