Walk to Beach, restaurants and shops “The In-Between”

This is another beautiful addition to Island Rum Suites in Largo just off the Indian Rocks Beach Bridge on the mainland. We do start you out with some coffee along with a gift certificate from our favorite PJs Oyster Bar!
Jeff and I are currently hosting other vacation rentals all with awesome reviews, so you will not be disappointed if you stay here.
The In-between is on a quiet street away from the beach noise and loud vacation rentals. It is newly remodeled with tile floor, complete kitchen, all new appliances, laundry room and bath.
The house is not shared with other guests.
There is free WiFi...BLAZING fast Spectrum internet and a TV in the living room with access to all the streaming services. Some are free or you can login to your own Netflix, Hulu, HBOGO, and also a TV in both bedrooms!
Large fenced in back yard with nice shade tree and a charcoal grill.
The neighborhood is a quiet residential one, with most people living here for years. Not like the loud crazy beach rentals.
Located in a perfect neighborhood close to the beach, many restaurants, pubs, shopping, nature parks and trails all so close by.
We live close by if there is anything guests need before or during your stay do not hesitate to call or text Lynne and we will take care of it right away.
We have been know as clean freaks because we wash all bedding, quilts, pillow shams and blankets between each guest! Most vacation homes do not.

The house is very clean with a great open layout. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment and dishes. The bedrooms are spacious and loved the big backyard. Check in process and communication with the host was excellent. Will definitely stay here again when in the Largo, FL area.

Fantastic experience!

Lynne was wonderful and worked with us as we changed our dates twice. The house is perfect for a couple or small family. Immaculately clean. They even provided things like paper towels, tp, and shower needs. We hope to come back again next year!

Lovely and comfortable

My daughter and I absolutely loved this property. It was in a great location although I would say it is only walking distance to the beach if you’re willing to walk a little over a mile in 100% humidity and 90 heat. It still was only a three minute drive to the beach, so it was not that big of a deal for us. I felt that the location was very centrally located to a lot of other beaches as well which my daughter and I got to explore and had a great time. Lynne was great at communicating and really worked with us when we were having problems with our flight possibly being delayed. I was very thankful for the excellent communication. The house itself was very clean and I appreciated all the extra little amenities, including the beach, chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler, and wagon to take to the beach. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you get the chance!

First time staying at this property. We’ve been to IRB many times. This location was perfect. Very close to the beach! The property had everything we needed and everything was neat and tidy. Weekend stay by the beach

My daughter (23 yr) and I stayed at “The In Between” it was the cutest little green house! We spend most of our time at the beach while we were there. It was a quick drive over the bridge and parked in the public parking lot. Didn’t have trouble finding a spot to park. The beds were comfortable, house was very clean! Used the wagon, cooler and beach accessories that were provided. Overall a great place to stay!

Awesome house in a great location

This was the perfect escape from the hustle and cold for a relaxing girls trip. The house was immaculately clean and more spacious than we expected with a nice open floor plan. The kitchen was well stocked to cook meals and we were excited to find coffee pods, sugar and creamer provided. Lots of helpful information about the house, recommendations on places to visit and eat and easy clear instructions for checking out left near door. Publix, restaurants and anything else you could need for your stay are very close by. Beach chairs, towels and a wagon are available for beach use. Easy walk to the beach - took us about 20 minutes at a relaxed pace. The beach and sunsets were amazing and we fell in love with quiet Indian Rocks area! We stopped in the visitor's center that is on the way to the beach to find out about local places to enjoy that wasn't Clearwater and other standard tourist places. We loved touring the botanical gardens and the little heritage village. Also enjoyed the nature park down the street from the house - it has easy walking trails, beautiful view of the intercoastal, large turtle pond. Had an amazing meal at Guppy's on the Beach which was very allergy friendly (gluten at least) for those who require that. There is a fantastic ice cream place with tons of flavors also on your walk to the beach. Plenty of other restaurants around. We really loved the town and the house - I hope we get the opportunity to come back again!

Perfect!

This home has been recently remodeled and is beautifully decorated. The backyard is spacious and shaded. The patio is outfitted with a charcoal grill and comfortable chairs and table. There is a large tv in the spacious family room and the kitchen is well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the In Between!

Great vacation, great location

I had such a wonderful time here, I wanted to stay longer! This home is very spacious, nicely decorated in beach theme, spotless and in the best location - very close to the beach. There are extras like coffee, creamer, beach chairs, beach towels and much more. It seemed like the fridge was new too. The host really makes you feel welcome, communication is great and check-in/out a breeze. I would love to stay again.
