Great location. The supplied wagon made it easy to get to the beach. The included water park admissions were a great addition and attached to the property. Would definitely recommend.

While Waterpark is on-site, the unit is on the harbor-side of the building and is quiet. A short, safe walk to the beach and local attractions.

Location, view and convenience

We’ve stayed in a few of these condos and love it. Kids enjoy the water park then when they get enough it’s walking distance to the beach. Hungry well let’s take a walk to a variety of restaurants.

Perfect Location

We just did a quick overnight for spring break with 3 of our kids (ages 7, 10, 12). The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Beautiful view from the balcony! Comfortable beds. Wish we could have stayed longer. We spend half the day at the beach (which is right across the street) and half the day at the attached waterpark. We’d definitely come back!

We felt safe and comfortable at the 2 bdrm condo. The condo was clean, quiet and had great views. Very easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go and get what we needed. Beach, waterpark, food drinks and live music.

Quick family getaway

We decided to take a quick family getaway to the beach. This place is perfect. The beach is just down the street with pedestrian crossings the whole way! All the toys needed for the beach were provided and even the wagon to transport! Food is super close and if you’re up for a walk there is a Publix within walking distance! Great place to stay, would recommend to anyone.

Great week!

Everything was easy from check in to check out. We even added an extra day. Condo was clean. We had a tiny issue but maintenance was quick in responding. This is our 2nd time renting this same condo within 2 yrs. Kids had a blast at the water park and the beach was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend.

Beach Trip

Decent place - Door locks inoperative, we had to rig a lock for the exterior access to secure room. Also master bad and bath locks were inoperative. Parking was limited in garage. Elevators access was tough as the elevators were very slow and lots of people were using them. At the end of the stay we were charged $50 for a laminated parking pass that we accidentally kept.. even after offering to mail it back in.
