The apartment is updated throughout with modern furnishings, offering a welcoming ambiance. You'll find an initial supply of kitchen paper and detergents, alongside luxurious linens, towels, and toiletries. The condo is a single-level home with a private entrance. Please note, the bedrooms adjoin and there's no direct beach view from this ground-floor unit, although it offers a limited view of the intercoastal waterway. You're also within a 20-minute drive of both St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach. Important information: On the Rocks #14 is strictly non-smoking; a $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking inside or outside the unit. A designated smoking area is available near the street on the southeast corner of the complex. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book and provide a valid credit card and ID at check-in. Self check-in is available anytime. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Early check-outs are not eligible for partial refunds. The price includes cleaning fees and taxes; no resort or management fees apply.
