聖菲利普區旅館

「We paid $300 for this room… We were expecting a much higher level. This would’ve been a fair exchange if the room charge was $75. When we arrived there was no staff available. We waited for 30 minutes before anyone showed up. The people were nice and friendly. They got us a room. Our room wasn’t in the main plantation house. Which seemed much nicer. We were in the Courtyard area. It seemed like there should’ve been an adjustment for the fee. The pictures on the ad showed the beautiful amenities...

「The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.」

「Stedet var meget rent og veholdt når vi annkom. Vi ble godt tatt i mot og fikk omvisning. Huset er velutrustet, og vi savnet ingen ting. Kjøkkenet har moderne komfyr og kjøleskap. Plasseringen er tett ved hovedveien, som gjør det enkelt med transport, men gir en del støy. Stranden er like over gaten. Alt i alt hadde vi ett serdeles fint opphold på sunset oasis, håper virkelig vi har mulighet til og komme tilbake en gang.」

「Dover beach, restaurants and convenience store are within walking distance. My bathroom faucet was not sealed with silicone; it was moving freely while turning on the water. The sofa bed has strong piss smell. Our king bed is sinking down and pillows are not the same size. Room needs patching and cleaning throughout. Utensils are not fully functional and available, missing pieces here and there. Tenants smoke marijuana and always seep thru cracks in room. Main door not fully close/seal....
