49 m2 in Saint Rémy de Provence, completely renovated for 4 people with shaded and equipped outdoor lounge (table, 4 armchairs, 2 lounge chairs, barbecue on request,) and an above-ground swimming pool available (diam. 5.3m diam.) with 2 sun loungers, 2 sun loungers, parasol and an 8m2 wooden terrace.
The calm of the countryside 800 m from the old town center, in a Provencal farmhouse located on 7000m2 of enclosed land with trees, which you can benefit from.
Part of independent house on one level with private parking (lit at night) inside the property, fully fenced.

Totally private ground floor (personal entrance) composed of:
1 bedroom with 1 double bed, wardrobe and wardrobe, 1 relax armchair.
1 living room with television, sofa, coffee table and double sofa bed (type BZ).
1 fully equipped kitchen (220l fridge + 50l freezer, 3-burner gas stove and traditional oven, microwave, washing machine, 6-place dishwasher, toaster, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, ...)
1 bathroom with shower, washbasin, bathroom cabinet, hair dryer and WC (electric auxiliary heating, exhaust air).

Dieses Jahr waren wir zum zweiten Mal in dieser gîte. Dieses Mal 4 Wochen. Es war wieder ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr günstig in St.-Rémy-de-Provence. Séjour parfait dans un endroit propre et très agréable avec des propriétaires aux petits soins.

L'accueil des propriétaires s'est très bien passé car ils sont très agréable et font tout ce qu'ils peuvent pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. La location est très bien placé et est au calme. Elle est conforme aux photos et aux descriptifs et le jardin très agréable est doté d'une piscine où il fait bon se détendre. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et sympathiques. Ils nous ont conseillé sur les visites qui sont nombreuses dans le coin. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location où nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et où nous sommes prêt à revenir. .

Wunderbare Tage

Die „Mas“ liegt am Rande von St. Rémy in einem unglaublich großen Terrain. Sie ist alt - ja. Aber es ist kühl und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Leider war das WLAN sehr schwach. Der Pool war super und wir konnten ihn gut nach unseren Radtouren nutzen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und versorgten uns oft mit Zeitung, Feigen und vielen Tipps.

Wohnen in idyllischer Umgebung

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung fast im Stadtzentrum. Das Grundstück ist riesengroß und man wohnt wie auf dem Land. In der Ferne hört man das Krähen des Hahns. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nebenhaus. Unheimlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Leute. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit kühlen Getränken begrüßt. Das Auto kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden (hinter einem verschlossenem Tor). Das Stadtzentrum von Saint-Rémy-de-Provence erreicht man in 6-7 Minuten zu Fuß.

Très belle propiété

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez M et Mme MATHON. Ce sont des personnes bienveillantes qui nous ont très bien accueilli et donné de bons conseils pour visiter les environs. Ils sont toujours pleins d’attentions pour leurs hôtes, très à l’écoute et fort sympathiques, ils nous ont raconté de belles histoires, enseigné des choses interressantes et aussi nous ont fait découvrir la vie secrète des cigales. Nous garderons de très bons souvenirs dans ce mas entouré d’arbres, bercés par le chant des cigales où l’on se sent tout de suite en vacances. La piscine a été bien appréciée ! Idéalement située sur un terrain magnifique L’équipement électroménager est de qualité, et il ne manque rien au niveau de la vaisselle. A seulement 10 mn du centre ville, inutile de prendre la voiture. La région est superbe ! Beaucoup de visites à programmer : le village des bories, les beaux de provence, Gordes, Maussane……

Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr günstig in St. Remy im Anbau eines Mas. Es gibt viele schattige Sitzplätze und der kleine Pool ist wunderbar. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und für Spiele geeignet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr darauf bedacht, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen und Probleme sofort zu lösen. Nette Gespräche ergaben sich für uns ab dem kühlen Begrüßungsschluck, der uns kredenzt wurde.

Idyllique

Mes deux adolescents et moi avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Le gîte, dans un beau mas provençal, est à la fois agréable, fonctionnel et très bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, tout le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner, bonne literie, nombreux rangements, etc). Une petite touche supplémentaire : il y fait bien frais en été, ce qui est très appréciable les jours de grande chaleur. Le terrain est superbe, très vaste, soigné et arboré. Déjeuners sous le tilleul, bains de soleil sur les transats, jeux de ballon sur la pelouse, lecture à l’ombre, baignades dans la piscine bien assez grande pour s’y amuser, etc. : on peut varier les plaisirs tout en douceur. Le centre ville, avec ses jolies ruelles, ses petites boutiques et ses terrasses de restaurant, est vraiment à deux pas. L’été y est animé : ferria, marché nocturne des créateurs, grand marché du mercredi matin,… Nous n’étions pas véhiculés mais le lac est accessible à pieds (30mn) ou à vélo ainsi que Saint-Paul de Mausole (avec la chambre de Van Gogh) ou encore « Les Antiques » (monuments historiques de l’époque romaine). Un bus (le 57) permet par ailleurs d’aller très aisément aux Baux de Provence (ainsi qu’à Arles, Avignon, etc.). Bref, tout est parfait pour un séjour idyllique. Mais ce serait oublier l’essentiel que de ne pas évoquer les propriétaires du lieu. Gilbert et Marie-France sont adorables !!! A la fois accueillants et discrets, d’un abord simple et d’une grande courtoisie, pétillants de vie et attentionnés, bienveillants et respectueux des autres. Des personnes rares !

Extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit si d die beiden Vermieter, Wein und Getränke im Kühlschrank als Willkommensgruss. Der Pool im wunderbar gepflegten blühenden Garten eine herrliche Erfrischung und täglich gereinigt.Die Wiese duftet nach Minze. Die Nähe zur schönen Altstadt von Saint Rémy ist unschlagbar! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danken der Familie für eine wunderbare Zeit in der Provence 🙏

Une maison de vacances pour de bons souvenirs de voyage

Ce mas typiquement provençal est bien entretenu et offre de nombreux avantages : beaucoup d'espace de vie, tous les appareils pour un bon confort, un grand jardin avec piscine et un parking privé fermé de la rue. Les sympathiques propriétaires mettent tout en œuvre pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. M. Mathon est membre du conseil d'administration d'une association pour la préservation du patrimoine et peut vous donner de nombreux conseils de visite sur la région que l'on ne trouve pas dans les guides de voyage.

Un accueil chaleureux, une grande propriété très bien placée, super séjour !

Marie France et Gilbert, les propriétaires, sont d'une attention particulière et d'une gentillesse sans égale, le logement spacieux dispose de tout ustensil nécessaire, le jardin clos est magnifique et calme. Nous avons pu profiter de l'emplacement idéalement situé pour aller aux Baux de provence (15 min), à Avignon (40 min) en voiture. Nous nous sommes aussi balladés à Saint Rémy en partant à pied de la propriété. Un super séjour que je vous recommande !

Idyllisch, ruhig und doch zentral!

Kleine Wohnung ist ausreichend für zwei Erwachsene und zwei kleinere Kinder. Den Pool (ca.4m Durchmesser) hatten wir für uns alleine und war zur Abfrischung absolut ausreichend. Der Garten war wunderbar. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind total freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Zur wunderschönen Innenstadt sind es 5min zu Fuß; hier ist alles vorhanden. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!
