“The only reason, but a huge one, for the lower rating is the furniture. None of the sitting spaces were comfortable. The sofa was so small and hard and the 2 side chairs were so uncomfortable. We left a day early because the weather changed and we were going to have to stay inside. The prospect had us packing. ”

“The beach was covered in dog poop. I saw peoples dogs go while they watched but they didn't pick it up. Very irresponsible.Door to building 700 needs to be oiled as it squeeks a lot.The stand up shower in unit 707D leaked and the king size bed had a large indentation on it's right side that creaked and was uncomfortable. Couldn't open the closet door in that room.Back door needs a blind or curtain for privacy. I was very uncomfortable walking by it at night.”

“This stay was great! We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and the convenient location to the Village. There were 2 people staying in B and they were very loud and kept us up at night, but that is no fault to the owner! Overall, great stay! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!”

“The only issues I had was that the pull out couch had a dirty sheet littered with all kinds of stuff, pet hair, dog food etc. Also, the sheets in the bedroom were dirty and had sand on them. Also, this place set my allergies off so I had to pop Benadryl the entire time.”
