A beautiful property! Amazing views from everywhere in the unit - the master suite, the second bedroom, the living area and, of course, the balcony. Coffee on the balcony in the morning, wine on the balcony in the evening was just what we were looking for. Wonderful master suite. Second bedroom adequate with a small private balcony but not a en-suite. The sink for the second bathroom is in the hallway just beyond the washer dryer, not in the bathroom proper. Everything was in good working order, even the knives were sharp. Something I rarely find in a rental. We were glad to find a few condiments and spices in the fridge and cupboard. Saved us a little money at the grocery store. The grill on the balcony was nice to have, we grilled mahi and tuna caught on our deep sea fishing excursion. Would absolutely advise having a car to explore the island. Don’t park in the carport, though, unless you have a Jeep type vehicle with a higher undercarriage. It’s steep gravel, small cars will bottom out (ask me how I know : ) There is adequate parking right by the condo however. We loved our stay here! Would absolutely stay here again when on the island!

Amazing Views!

The place has amazing views and we enjoyed our stay. You definitely need a car, everything is about 10-15 minutes away and driving is difficult on the island. Very steep, small, curvy roads and driving on the left side of the road with a regular car/steering! Also the driveway to the apartment parking spot is very steep and has gravel. There are quite a lot of power outages on the island but this place has a power generator, which first worked but then failed while we were there. They are repairing it they said.

Amazing Stay!

We absolutely loved our time on St. Thomas and staying at Island View Retreat-Oceanside. Ashley and Jon were great hosts! The views were breathtaking! We would highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it!

Peaceful, Beautiful, Oasis

The place was beautiful. The views were breathtaking. It had everything we needed from beach chairs, towels, toys. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My only critique would be the master bedroom AC placement. I’m not sure if it’s placement and the fact it doesn’t blow as well as the other bedroom or living room, but my husband and I were hot. But I also like to be FREEZING when I sleep. lol Nontheless, thank you all for having us. The place is a true gem!

Overall excellent !!! Unit was all as advertised, PLUS SOME…….Beautiful and breathtaking!!! driveway needs to be addressed as we could not use. All torn up dirt with large pieces of concrete which hit the undercarriage of my vehicle when hitting the gas, which is required because of how steep it is. Upstairs neighbor a bit overreactive, as we could not have been quieter, cleaner or more polite.

Such a beautiful and well kept property with the most breathtaking views! Literally so peaceful as well, every morning I would open the windows and you hear nothing but birds chirping and peacefulness! Would definitely recommend this as a stay. Thankyou guys !

We’ve done lots of traveling , always using VRBO or something similar when we travel, and this property was one of our favorites! Not only because the views it offers are stellar , but you can tell the property owners were generous and aimed to offer a quality and comfortable experience. We appreciated all the details from the quality of the kitchen equipment to the thoughtfulness of leaving q-tips lol Those are touches that show you want to be hospitable, and we appreciated all of it. And I have to mention this , my husband said the bbq grill was the cleanest grill he’s ever seen at a rental property! So another high five there! We sometimes don’t even bother grilling because those grills always seem to be neglected and just filthy. Thanks for being such awesome hosts ! We will use you guys again next summer! Blessings from South Texas !!😊

The property was just as advertised. The place was clean. The view was to die for. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The check-in and check out process was very easy. Ashley was very helpful and accessible. The only thing I would have liked were more towels. Every time I go home I will stay here!

Perfection!

This is the one! I am super picky when it comes to picking vacation homes and let me tell you that this one is it! The pictures don't do it justice. The area is super quiet yet close to everything you could need. The view is breathtaking. The house is immaculate and well-stocked. I would highly recommend this home to anyone and book it again in a heartbeat! Thank you for being so great to work with and offering an amazing place for my family and I to make some amazing memories!

Amazing views

This is a great location. The views from the main living area, master bedroom and bath make you feel like you are on a cruise ship because all you see is water and cays! Well appointed. Very clean. Very responsive to the few questions that we had upon arrival. The community pool is in need of repair, but we were at the gorgeous beaches everyday and it did not bother us. A gem of a vacation spot.
