Million Dollar Views: Walk to Beach, Pools, and Restaurant

One of the most amazing villas on island, you will absolutely love it. This villa sits 20 feet above the water so you look at fish swim by, and hear the gentle sounds of the waves below. We have more than (170) 5-star reviews that tell you how amazing this villa is.

The Villa:
It has a newly remodeled kitchen and bath which are both gorgeous, new furniture and spectacular views. You will sleep on 1,200 thread count Egyptian Cotton sheets, use high-end towels, beach towels, AC, 55" TV, DVDs and high-speed WiFi. You will also have many complimentary items waiting for you to include a few drinks, sodas, waters and snacks to get you started - plus soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer.

Bedroom:
A King sized teak canopy bed. Sleep soundly on the comfortable new mattress with great views of the Caribbean from your bed. An 8 foot closet with shelf space plus a beautiful dresser.

Kitchen:
Open floor plan to the dining and living room creating a great room effect. New cabinets with an ocean rock counter. Includes a stove top, a microwave, coffee maker and amazing views from the kitchen.

Bathroom:
Fully renovated bath that is absolutely gorgeous. The shower was completely done in river rock with a glass panel wall.

FREE WiFi:
High speed WiFi. Surf the web in the morning; upload photos of your days adventures the same night. Work remotely if you need to.

Balcony:
The sun rises in front so you will see many of the best sunrises you'll ever see. You are only 20 feet over the water so you hear the gentle waves below, plus see turtles in the water, iguanas in trees, plus pelicans and hummingbirds from the balcony. Guests call it 'A Million Dollar View'.

Other Accessories:
Brand new pots and pans; plates and silverware; and real glasses although some are likely to break. Beach towels, snorkel gear and beach chairs.

Slice of Heaven

My husband and I booked here for our honeymoon. It was everything we hoped for and more. The view is simply breathtaking and the unit was just as it was described by the host. The resort was very quiet and peaceful and it was a great place to relax and unwind after being on the beach all day! We highly recommend!

Best place to stay in St Thomas

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Point Pleasant. This location is so close to everything! Super convenient for taking the ferry to other islands, beautiful beaches, good restaurants all around, and sight seeing/hiking. The check in process was very easy. The house had everything you needed for the stay and beach trips. The host answered all our questions quickly. Our family will definitely keep this place on our list for the next visit to USVI. Thank you for a comfortable, memorable vacation!

Beautiful stay with a breathtaking view!

We loved our stay. It was a piece of heaven. Lovedddd the beach on the property too. The Bushwhacker at the Sun and sea grill is to die for. Overall we had such a great time!

Spectacular location!

We spent a week at Pleasant Point Resort and found it to be a perfect spot. We visited locations all over the island and even when it was raining, it was so spectacular we simply paused and enjoyed the breathtaking setting we used as home base!

Great spot

Having nice beach chairs and snorkel equipment was very handy. The view is beautiful, the room is just right for two, and the place was close to all the things without feeling touristy. Definitely rent a car - it gave us great freedom to explore all the beaches.

Carribean breeze beautiful

What a beautiful surprise to stay. Amazing views. Waking up with the Christmas trade winds blowing. The bar restaurant was like home. Great food, staff and atmosphere. The underwater wild life was just as spectacular as the iguanas and chickens running around. Peaceful pool. Coki beach views with Santa's sleigh parade. Magical and perfect

Incredible views and sounds

The view from the condo balcony were incredible and the constant sound of the waves was so soothing. Shawn was very easy to communicate with. Our only disappointment was both restaurants on property were closed until the end of the month. We’ll definitely come back.

Amazing view.

Shawn‘s condo is simply marvelous. The panoramic view is breathtaking. We found it was a little different every day with the changing of tides and weather. The condo was clean and well appointed. Definitely recommend.

There can't be a better place to stay on the whole island!!

Great villa with an amazing 2-million-dollar view! Great location on St Thomas, close all the great beaches, restaurants, and the ferry to St John. Shawn is fantastic to work with!! He gives you a very detailed overview of the beaches, restaurants, things to do and he always gets back to you with any of your questions. We would highly recommend this villa to anybody going to St Thomas!! We will definitely be back!!

Fantastic view and breezes

Our favorite spot on the whole island was our balcony! Watched turtles, iguanas, sailboats, a parasail in the distance. Nice shade and breeze, unbelievable view. 3 pools all with a view. Convenient bar and grill just a couple of buildings away. Margaritaville Bar and Restaurant next door was also convenient and good.

Great location

We stayed for a week in this point pleasant condominium. It is extremely well located with beautiful views from the balcony. Sugar beach is just a few minutes walk away. Lindquist, Coki, and sapphire beaches are all delightful and all within a short drive. There are snorkel boats leaving right out of the bay which is about a 7 minute walk. The snorkel boats go to St John’s and are well worth the effort. They will show you some of the very best snorkeling anywhere in the Caribbean. Finally, there is a little beach bar called the sun and sea about a 5 minute walk away that serves decent bar food and drinks but has giant tarpon entertain you while you throw them bits of your fish sandwich. St Thomas has a lot to offer and this condo is very well located to explore the island .

Beautiful Views

Very nice, clean & the most Amazing views. Not easy to find the unit but once we figured it out we were good. Saw stingrays & turtles swimming just below us. If you like to watch the sunrise & hear the ocean, this is the place.

Wonderful Anniversary Trip!

This was our first trip to St. Thomas and we were very happy with our Point Pleasant Stay! We used the Sugar Beach access every day and it felt like our own private beach. This studio was perfect for us in every way and the view from the balcony was amazing. Our host was very responsive to questions and we had zero issues. We would definitely stay again! This unit was perfect for a romantic getaway! Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise!

Superb!

Extraordinary! Perfect location. Great host, Shawn provided the best local information . The place was very clean, pleasant, and nicely decorated. Loved the big box with a decent selection of water toys, beach stuff and scuba gear. The resort itself, and the staff were wonderful. Always got a smile and a wave from the guards at the gate. A private little beach and a seaside bar & restaurant just steps away. We absolutely loved staying here! The accommodations worked perfectly. Most definitely would stay here again. Thanks for a great place!

Beautiful condo on a beautiful bay.

The condo was very nice exactly as listed. We had a problem with gaining entry when we arrived but the owner contacted us quickly and resolved the issue. Unfortunately the balcony door was not working properly, but again, the owner was able to get it fixed quickly. The condo was in great condition in a beautiful resort setting. It had all the amenities needed. Loved the pdf provided with lots of info on the resort property, beaches to visit, places to go, and things to do. All very valuable information to a newcomer to the island. But the sliding glass doors and screening opening to the huge balcony was the crowning glory, sitting directly over the water with the fantastic view. It felt like you were part of the beautiful nature surrounding the condo. It was fun to be able to walk to several restaurants and beaches and even take a cruise from Margaritaville, just down the shore. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone. Truly a gem.

Spectacular Views

The bed is very comfortable. Rolling blackouts at least twice with no flashlight or lighter to light a candle (so bring one or both). Plenty of dishes/glasses/pans. I brought baggies and am glad, not much in way of Rubbermaid or Tupperware type storage. We cooked almost every meal. Shower is very nice and private beach was awesome if you can tolerate many stairs. On site restaurants. Keep in mind many things are closed Sept 30-Oct 27. They provided coffee and filters. Much appreciated!! The views are magical

Short stay - everything we needed!

We only stayed two nights after a weeklong sailing adventure but were happy to have some space to spread out! Place was clean and as shown in the listing. Communications with Shawn were great. We did struggle a little finding the place as we arrived after dark and there were a few turn offs the main road in the complex that we accidentally went down, but eventually we found our way! We also had a power outage the morning we left which made getting ready and packing up pretty interesting, but didn't really impact our ability to get on the road. All in all a nice visit.

Point Pleasant Paradise!

Wow! Shawn’s place in St Thomas is absolutely perfect. The location is phenomenal, away from the hustle and bustle of Charlotte Amalie but a quick drive to Red Hook. The villa was also a short drive to some of the best beaches in St Thomas! We also enjoyed the semi private Sugar Beach which was a short walk down a path from the villa. His place is advertised, with all the comforts and amenities you will need for your trip. And you can’t beat the views from the balcony! I loved looking for sea turtles during the day and listening to the waves at night while enjoying the breeze. Point Pleasant is a wonderful resort with 24 hour security and two pools. Both restaurants on site, Sun and Sea Bar and Grill and Ocean 180 were both excellent. We will absolutely be visiting St Thomas again in the future and will absolutely book with Shawn again!

Above expectations!

The condo was perfect with million dollar view. We had everything we needed from beach towels, water toys, cooler, kitchen items. Sean was exceptional in communication and recommendations. We rented a car which made it easy to hit all the very near beaches. It is very private. You only see one other building which is blinded by the fantastic view of blue green waters and islands. It rained for two days but the huge covered patio allowed me to paint, drink wine, hear the rain and the waves. Still paradise. Will be back for sure booking with Shawn. 😎

Birthday trip

My husband and I stayed at Shawn's villa to celebrate my birthday. It was our first time to St.Thomas.We LOVED it !!!! It is so beautiful. Shawn's villa was perfect and better than it looks in the pictures. He has so many great suggestions as to where to go for meals and beaches. We rented a car. I would suggest doing this so you can see everything without having to call a taxi.We had several questions while we were there and Shawn responded right away.We really liked the part of town that the villa is in. It's close to Red Hook which has many restaurants and bars. The other side of the island (Charlotte Amalie) is where cruise ships come in so we were glad not to be near the crowds. Shawn's place has everything you'll need . Dishes, pots and pans, a blender (to make pina coladas) and even snorkeling gear ,which was awesome to have!! Shawn was a great host! I would 100% recommend staying at his place and hope to return to St.Thomas many more times.

It was ok

The view is beautiful, Absolutely no hot water or even a little warm. Called MGR never heard back. The nice restaurant on property was never open. I did like that everyone before us left items there for the next guest and so did we. Over all the notes did help for us to run around the islands. Parking was very close to villa. On property beach is very small and disapears at high tide. WIFI good. A/C unit too small for the entire villa, could not keep it cool. Overall this rental is priced correctly for what you get... P.S. 4 hours listening to a weedeater and only 4ft X 10ft patch done, I would get a better grounds supervisor. Overall not a bad place but could use some maintenance.

Great unit in a great resort on a great island! Great x 3 :)

We had such a good stay in this property and highly recommend the resort, the unit, and the property manager. First, the resort itself. It is in a convenient location near Red Hook (and the ferry to St John and a grocery) and some famous beaches, and you can walk along the beach to Margaritaville for live music. It was quiet and laid back, had a cute little private beach, and a good restaurant/bar on the water (fish tacos!). It is a hilly resort, but this unit specifically is at the bottom so it was very easy to navigate. The unit itself has a wonderful view, a constant reminder of where you are and the beauty of the island! We used the beach gear provided (chairs, cooler, and ice packs) even just sitting on the deck has a nice balance of sun/shade throughout the day. The bedroom AC worked well, it was VERY clean, and the kitchen had enough equipment to cook a couple nice dinners. Shawn was very responsive. The internet went out due to a planned island power outage (that he proactively let us know of) and he had it back up and running ASAP. He also had great recommendations. This was easily one of our favorite vacations! Thank you!

Lovely

Well where do I start. There were many things beyond the owners control, started with half electric that went into no electric, due to Storms before our arrival and island wide outages. The owner was great about always answering texts and trying to resolve the issues. Wifi was not working but we could use the downstairs wifi so no biggee. Things I appreciated being an owner of a rental as well and frequent vrbo user. Great towel quality Awesome beach chairs Everything you could need for the beach. Great overall price for the condo Love love having actual cable and not just streaming for our downtime. A couple things we didn’t love The hot morning sun coming on the balcony it was super hot and we didn’t get to use the balcony like we typically do again not the owners fault This was our own fault it’s more of an efficiency Like with my husband getting up so early he couldn’t turn the tv up and do his typical thing in the morning as to not disturb me sleeping. There are sliders but they don’t keep noise out. Overall for the location and price it was nice
