Excellent Location on Water! Hear the Waves!

Delightfully appointed with beach decor, this beautiful two bedroom/two bath condo sleeps up to six and is right on the water! It offers amazing views and stunning sunsets, as well as many upgrades, including updated kitchen with new granite counters, new tile floors, new bath vanities, new furnishings (including new Beauty Rest Mattresses)! Cowpet Bay has a nice sandy beach, plenty of palm trees for shade if desired, and many chairs for your lounging. There is also an expansive pool with a waterfall grotto and a large jacuzzi. Grab a cold drink and relax the day away!

Cowpet East condos have two levels, this condo is on the first level.

Enjoy either of the convenient restaurants on property, including Sangria's Beachside Bistro, which is NOW OPEN daily 7 am - 6 pm (except Sundays) and 6 pm - 8 pm for pizzas only. The newly renovated beach/pool bar has finally reopened to serve you refreshing cold beverages throughout the day 11 am - 5 pm! Then there's the highly recommended, finer dining restaurant the resort has to offer, Caribbean Fish Market (aka "CFM" per the locals!), known for its mouth watering seafood dishes, open for dinner nightly, as well as for Sunday brunch with bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Mary's!

If you choose to leave the resort, you are only minutes away from the conveniences of Red Hook... shopping, bars, restaurants, ferry to St. John, postal service, and medical center.

Island Dream Vacations can assist in planning other aspects of your vacation, from rental car recommendations to coordinating grocery delivery to conveniently stock your fridge prior to your arrival, as well as arrange for boating/fishing excursions, snorkel kayak tours, private chef services, private massage therapist, dinner reservations, and housekeeping services.

PLEASE NOTE: The nightly rate listed is based on 4 guests, additional guests are $35/night per guest ($50/night during holidays), maximum of 6 guests (4 adults max). Last minute and extended stay discounts offered except on Holiday weeks.

CANCEL POLICY: If you cancel the reservation by written notice at any time prior to the date that is sixty (60)** days prior to commencement of the rental period, we will refund all monies paid thus far.

This is a beautiful unit in great condition. Well-stocked kitchen and nicely decorated throughout. The unit faces west making the mornings very comfortable on the balcony. Our local host Beth was very easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions or issues. Good access to the beach and pool and nearby restaurants. With only three developments sharing the amenities, it never felt crowded.

Great location and just as pictured. Was just the right amount of space for our family of 4. We were able to walk back and forth to the beach at Cowpet Bay due to how close it was and took advantage of the 2 restaurants on site. The condo is well stocked with just about anything you could need and all the info sent in advance was very helpful. This was one of our favorite vacations!

Saved Our Summer Vacation!

We were on our way to another Caribbean destination but due to a canceled flight had to scramble to come up with a Plan B. Booked this VRBO on short notice. Dealing with Amy was outstanding (quick responses, very cooperative) and the VRBO was extremely nice. Great location near Red Hook (right next to Ritz Carlton), nice property with plenty of space, comfortable beds and very good amenities (Cowpet Bay, a pool and 2 restaurants just a short walk away). Staying in Red Hook puts you close to several great beaches/snorkeling spots, some very good restaurants and easy access to ferries to St. John. Would absolutely stay there again. Thanks, Amy, for saving our summer vacation!

Amazing vacation

Property was exactly as listed and just as we hoped for! Condo was clean, had an amazing view of the bay from the patio, a quiet beach, and nice restaurants on site. Also the ferry to St John was 5 minutes away as well as restaurants in Red Hook. Amy responded to any questions we had promptly. We will definitely hope to get back to St Thomas, and when we do, we will definitely consider staying in this condo again! Thank you!

Great condo

You won’t go wrong with this condo, beautiful in side and out with a 1 minute walk to the beach, two restaurants to chose from and a nice pool. Probably the best beach in that area. Red hook is just down the road a bit if u need groceries.and a beer. Sam was great 2.

Mostly good review.

The condo was very clean and stocked. It is in a great location. A few small issues. The first being one that was already mentioned in a previous review but they only give four bath towels for four people. The second small issue is that I could not get the TV in one of the bedrooms to work. They were coming to fix it but it was near the end of our stay so we decided not to. The last two issues are bigger The first being that on VRBO it shows a gym. There is not a gym. This was very upsetting to my 18 year old son. We picked this condo over another because of the gym. When I asked about it, I received the response that swimming is good exercise. The last but not a fault of the condo but the beach water had a lot of seaweed and therefore was not appealing to swim in, how ever there are many beautiful beaches with clear water close by.

What you see is what you get...

We picked this property based on the prior reviews, pictures, and amenities. It delivered: we enjoyed mornings on the deck looking at the water; easy access to a variety of beaches; and, food--both grocery and restaurants. The size and layout of the unit with the amenities provided everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, which for us was focused on going to the beach. This is what we knew the kids loved, and each day it was tough getting them out of the water.

Great Escape

Amy's condo was perfect for our family of 4 vacation. Great location, beach, and pool area. Her description of the condo is very accurate. The beds were comfortable. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning drinking my coffee and watching the sea turtle in the bay. Amy was very helpful in answering any questions and helping us book several activities for our stay. I would definitely recommend her condo to anyone!

Beautiful Place

Had a great time. On one side of the kitchen, appliances didn’t work. Maintenance man came in to try & fix the problem. We just moved the appliances to the other counter & they did work. I was shocked to see the fuse box. Needs to be upgraded soon for safety reasons. Do need more towels, 1 set per person isn’t enough. Overall nice place!

Perfect Getaway 10/10

Super impressed with the property! Location is great so close to Red Hook for dinner and drinks. This was our second time in st Thomas and this is how the standard of how to do it! First was a hotel all inclusive but this was SO much better! Father had his own room and bathroom and sisters had the other room and bathroom. Super clean. We went to beaches during the beginning, then realized our property had EVERYTHING. The beach there is great had chairs, pool was amazing when you needed to cool off. Had a pool bar open. And two different restaurants onsite. It was amazing. Amy wrote my dad and my sister a birthday card which was SUPER sweet. She setup a Neptune fishing excursion. Amazing. Captain Jeff was great and we caught a wahoo and barracudas! Thanks for that Amy!

Condo looks exactly like pictures and had great views. The place was also equipped with everything you need. My only note is that the owner should provide more towels per person. There was only one set (and not a complete set) per person, no extras if you needed to wash your hair.

Fantastic 21st birthday for my daughter

The place is exactly as described. Perfect location in the middle of everything we wanted to do! Amy was great in communication from the time I booked all the way through! The food at both restaurants on site was fantastic. I would definitely recommend as we felt very safe in the condo as well as on property, which is a great feeling traveling 4 women!!

Great Vacation

Overall we enjoyed our time here. The beds were good and the kitchen well equipped for our stay. The beach and pool and pool bar on property were great. We went into Red Hook several times for dinner. The balcony was a bit warm and we had to use the fan in order to spend time out there. I would stay in that unit or another on property again if we decide to go to St Thomas again.

Wonderful condo - perfect for families

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and would highly recommend booking here. Everything was exactly as described and it fit our family of 6 perfectly. The location and views were amazing! Island Time 🏝️

From booking to checkout Amy was amazing. She walked me through the process and was patient with all my questions. The condo was exactly what the photos showed. It was perfect for our family of 4. Our kids are 18 and 25 and they each had a bed with the way the guest bedroom was designed. Having 2 bathrooms was great. I enjoyed quiet morning on the balcony lounge chairs listening to the waves crash. Kitchen was well stocked. We cooked breakfast and some dinner meals there. LOVED having a washer and dryer in the condo. Did my typical one load of laundry per day and by the time we left we didn’t have to pack a suitcase of just dirty clothes. When people ask about our trip we say it was laid back and relaxing. Just what we needed. Thanks for the great memories. Lori, June 2023

Lovely Stay!

My wife and I stayed here with our 4year old and 1.5year old. We all had an excellent time. Some of our favorite moments were eating together on the deck, overlooking Cowpet Bay. Quiet and relaxing. Easy enough to get around. Very clean condo. They have everything you need for cooking, the beach, and even some fun extras. 10/10, would stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

Relax with a View

Just what we were looking for. This condo has everything you need from stocked kitchen to beach chairs, coolers, beach towels and toys. The view of Cowpet Bay from this unit is incredible, water is just below your balcony. The property is very well maintained and surprisingly quite. On site beach, restaurants, and pool are all top notch and easily walkable from the condo. The property Host, Amy was awesome. Answered all my questions before and during our stay. Perfect family vacation.
