We actually didn’t stay here but we did book here. We ended up choosing a different hotel and Carol was kind enough to refund us after listening to our story. We had lunch at the local restaurant there and it was really good. If we ever come back to St Thomas this will be our spot.

Lost electric, no a/c and water for better part of a day, no notice to guests or est. for restoration. Had to pay for water. I was a repeat customer, mentioned at CK in, no recognition, offer for a drink or discount of any sort. Made reservation for dinner, was kept waiting for 50 minutes while others from the bar went ahead. No hotel pick up and delivery to airport. Overall very nice location, average staff, dated facilities .

The beautiful and updated one- bedroom condo was right on the beach! Secret Harbour was the most picturesque and relaxing place to spend a beach vacation. Their restaurant had very good food and great service. The entire staff made our trip so personal and welcoming.

We had an amazing experience, with a beach front room. The beach was amazing, and the waves weren't rough because the cove is protected from the ocean. There is also a great beach shop next door for all your needs. It overall was a great experience and we would definitely recommend it.
