Staff support was NONE. Every thing I ask was answered with no, don't know, or blank look at me.
The stay was impacted by snow storm, the parking lot was not plowed, so I have to dig out my car to leave. Temp was in the 20F, frozen icy snow made shoveling near impossible. Therefore:
1) Will the lot be plowed? The staff simply not understand my question, regardless how I explaining "plow", "remove snow", I could not get any answer but "don't know"; maybe the answer is truly "don't know" (I did ask to clarify and got "I don't know" again). SO,
2) Is there a shovel that I may borrow? The staff did not know what is shovel, or was enjoying my sign language, I got "don't know" (I believe it was "I don't know what you were talking about" on this one, BTW the staff only ever say "don't know", never an "I"). In hoping ice would be easier to deal with, I asked:
3) Can I get late check out than 11 (am) to get my car out? (It was passed 9:30 already at this point, I-95 still closed in the area.) This one, I got "no" so quickly that I just not happy all around and have no patient left to deal with the staff. So I turned around and left.
I did get help from Exxon Station to solve my problem, I hope this post help someone down the road.
