“We were really happy with our stay. The accommodation was very spacious - perfect for our family. Everything was nice and clean. Plenty of parking outside and it is located close to shops and places to eat. Great communication from the owner. Would definitely recommend and stay there again when we are up North!”

“The property was cold and the device to set the temperature seemed to be out of battery. It was somewhat hard to find, and when we entered there was a vacuum cleaner sitting in the hallway. Parking can be hard to find, and the owners' emails seemed to be automatic and not responsive.”

“The flat was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Heating by electric panel heaters was efficient and quick to warm the place. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a basket of cereal boxes, biscuits and a jar of sweets. There were also tea bag’s and coffee pods for the machine. The beds were very comfy. All in all a very welcoming and good place to stay. 4 stars not 5 because the heated towel rail didn’t work making the bathroom chilly ( a very cold weekend weather wise) and the WiFi……

“Wasn't exactly the perfect fit for us, might be more suitable for a local or someone just looking for a place to sleep for a few nights. We don't expect much when booking places like this but even still we found the place under stocked, no paper towels or even dishsoap to clean dishes. Additionally, it was a bit misleading on parking. Their automated parking system essentially means no onsite parking which was quite annoying. Note to future guests, you may be able to get around this by parking……

“This property is simply lovely. Clean, warm and very comfortable. So much care has been taken over everything. With regard to it's pet friendliness there is a slight hitch. There is nowhere safe to let the dogs pop out on their own,they need to be on a lead.Not the best last thing at night or early morning and it did cause a problem for me.That said, the canal walk is beautiful and I would recommend it. We would certainly stay again but minus the dogs. ”
