"A bit outdated, our room was directly behind the front desk and cleaning closet so not great to sleep in during the mornings. This info was not disclosed until prior to check in, otherwise room was very big, kept relatively clean."

"Excellent hotel. Accommodated for our group of nine to the highest standard. The hotel was exactly what we wanted and is represented extremely well by the pictures. Most importantly, the staff were incredible in making sure we had everything we needed and handled our group with so much respect. "The pool area is beautiful very comfortable sun loungers, pool was spotless. Reception area is lovely and the staff do their upmost to help with any request. Breakfast is really nice and food is hot! Halfboard was amazing, it was a sit down restaurant style so you could order off a menu, starter salad main course and dessert! "This is not Greece! As soon as we saw the hotel we left. Very commercialized, and nothing like Greece, if that’s what you want than you will love it but we were looking for something totally different."

"The staff was warm, smiley, and courteous. There was an issue with the room, and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel owner was a pleasant person who came to talk with us, gave us tips on where to travel, and asked for our suggestions on how to improve the hospitality. It was definitely an excellent experience in Crete, and we will surely return there next time."
