“We stayed for just one evening and Dave (owners son) met us in the driveway upon arrival to greet us. Description is accurate and the ladies loved the "Grandma's" charm.”

Older apartment buildings, this building was in the front part of complex, our parking lot had out of state license plates, I believe other buildings were long term rentals. Inside was updated, we would stay again.”

“Liked: The rooms were very spacious. The kitchen was amply stocked with cookware, etc. Didn't like: At first, the stairs were a challenge for two older women, but we got used to them. The train seemed to run throughout the night and was very noisy. ”

“This was the perfect place to stay with our daughter and 4 grandkids. It was clean and well stocked with necessities, and close to the Ark Encounter. Plenty of beds, space to run around in the back, games and activities, etc. We just did not get to stay long enough! Hope to come back, and will plan to book this location when we do.”

“We walked into a dated lodging that was attached to the main home. It was clean and filled with amenities. If you want an upscale place to stay, this is not for you. We got a little worried on our drive to the place, but once there felt right at home. We loved the big, huge spacious back yard with a see-saw and corn hole to play. Our 4 year old loved running in the grass and shooting the super soaker at the flies and other insects he saw outside. He and I put our feet in the big pool out back……

“Need to replace hand can opener. Sinks didn't drain properly in both bathroom and kitchen. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Close to the Ark Encounter. ”

“The place was in a good location to downtown Lexington but it was not newly renovated like it was advertised. Backyard fence had broken boards and lawn was not mowed. However the place was clean and the stay was fine.”

“The house was very clean, looked just like the pictures. Entry was easy. There weren’t any wash clothes that I could find or a paper telling us what to do before leaving…. So we did what we typically do when we stay other places. Also check the street view before you book. That street made us a little uncomfortable. But we didn’t have any issues with the neighbors. Over all it was fine for the 1 night we needed!”

“The code was showing on the wall next to the door which made us feel less than safe. I tried to contact the owner and he never responded. The sofa smelt like someone peed in it. The bedroom close to the kitchen had a mold smell. But the most worrying issue was the shower that was in the bathtub was on a platform with no rail to hold on to in order to get out safely. Otherwise we enjoyed the house.”
