“From the moment we arrived, we felt we were at a magical hotel that was so warm and cozy. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Our room was really nice and we enjoyed staying there. The room had dishware to use and you get a daily refresh. (No seafood allowed.) Breakfast is in a very cozy dining room. We would have preferred it open earlier but it is worth waiting for. “The room was clean, the hallways needed vacuumed as there was red dirt chunks from construction employees. It was there for days. Heating didn’t work in my room but staff fixed it as soon as I told them. The staff were friendly and helpful.”
