Could be amazing

Despite the clear lack of occupancy prior to our arrival and that we needed to 'set up' Ie. Put our own garbage bags in bins, toilet paper etc. the cottage was exactly as described, with the layout a little peculiar. The kitchen is in the upper apartment with the dining table in the lower apartment there was an issue with cleninless however both the rental manager and owner worded to address these with minimal delay. There is a fire pit outside which in summer is completely shaded by large trees and it was despite the head lovely to sit out there with a breeze making s'mores in the afternoon. Overall our stay was not perfect but has the ability to be. I would recommend for families or dual couples with older children who are comftorable sleeping separated from parents as there is no internal access between apartments and down stairs does not have a fridge.
