Morning View Ranch has all the amenities you will need including a full kitchen, high-speed WIFI, 4 TVs, washer/dryer and a Gameroom. You will enjoy entertaining your family and friends in the private courtyard with an outdoor fire pit that overlooks the beautiful mountains. A perfect place for relaxation and escape. We have a large fenced in yard perfect for your furry friends with a 3 pet maximum and $75 pet fee. There is also an indoor pool that is available March-Nov. A waiver must be signed to use the pool.

Many astro-photographers flock here because of it's structure and clear skyline. If you get a chance, the trail is only .8 miles and very much worth it. You first walk across the top of the arch, it is so big that you are halfway across before you notice your not just on a narrow rock path. then you circle around to be under the arch.

Relaxing funfilled stay

Property was spacious, clean, and inviting. Host was very fast to reply and helpful. Plently of room for kids to spread out. Pool was large and hit all around. Easy to find and within trip to stores if you forgot anything. Very well furnished, even had pool toys and some life jackets. Can't wait to stay again. Easily became one our top rentals we have stayed at.

Family Weekend

Fun weekend. Close to trails and shopping. A bit of a quirky layout, but not a big deal. Kids loved the pool. Only negatives...poison ivy in yard, dog next door is scary! And a family friendly dining table would be a great upgrade from the high top one.Ben was very responsive...great host!!

Beautiful Kentucky

This house was wonderful! The amenities alone were enough entertainment that you don't even need to leave. Pool was perfect temperature. Location of the house is in a quiet community but still near enough stores and outdoor fun. I loved this house so much that I'd like to come again.

Family and Dog Friendly

We enjoyed our stay at the Morning View Ranch. The house accommodated our needs very well. The back yard was the dogs best friend. The pool was our grand kids favorite. We did multiple excursions to the Red River Gorge for numerous walks. We would recommend this property to any family with an active lifestyle and pets

Great mini vacation!

This house has everything you could need on a vacation. The house is spacious. The bedrooms had plenty of room and the beds were very comfy. There is a game room area where my kids could’ve stayed for hours. And the pool is huge! It was so nice to have a pool all to ourselves! While a few things in the house and pool area could use updates or repairs, we have no complaints! It was a much needed quality family getaway!

Fall Break Getaway

We loved how close to all the great hiking was for us to enjoy! It was a beautiful home and the pool was a major plus for the kids. Our dog enjoyed the dedicated space for her to run and play! Maguels Pizza is a must and my daughter and I had no issues with the gluten free pizza option. Celiac friendly pizza is hard to find! Hope you enjoy it as much as we did when you book your stay!

Excellent accomodations

The property was fantastic. Ben thought of everything so we over packed. The bathrooms had hand soaps and plenty of toilet paper. The kitchen was well stocked with cleaning supplies, garbage bags, paper towels and spices. Thank you for that! We enjoyed the pool and outdoor area including the cornhole sets. Excellent trip and we hope to book avain next year!

Great spot for exploring and pool a bonus

We had two families (4 adults and 4 youths) staying at Ben’s’ place. This was a great house for exploring Red River Gorge and the hikes in the area. The house was very clean and the pool was an added bonus for the kids when we came back from days activities. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms great and comfortable. For me the only minor downside was that the pictures don’t show it’s actually located along a relatively busy road which I could hear in the mornings from the bedroom BUT it was a minor point that only I really noticed of the 4 adults.Bens communication was very prompt and helpful. All in all great family vacay location.

MO Lady Trip

Every year there is a group of us ladies that go on a new adventure somewhere. This year happens to be here. What a fabulous place to go to! Great home with all the relaxation we needed! The beds were comfy, pool was fabulous and the home was in a great neighborhood close to all the hiking and exploring we picked to do. The owners were always quick to respond to all questions and easy to work with us on our last min adding a day. Beautiful home!! We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Rest, relaxation and more than expected

My family stayed at this residence for several days. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the highway behind the house was heard but not seen with the plants and fences in place. The location of this property was perfect for all the highlights we chose to hit in Kentucky. Every night my children swam in the pool. So if you are looking to travel to the Gorge but your not a camping family this house is amazing!

Everything in one location

Had a great time in Stanton. Visiting different landmarks and ate at some great places. The house had everything needed. The dogs loved running the yard and the house was very pet friendly. The pool was great and we enjoyed that the most. Ben was just a phone call away and answered shortly with our questions. The maintenance person Zane was also very informative and friendly. Great RRG stay for large group

We came with friends (7 adults) and had a very comfortable stay. Our group consisted of one couple and the others were singles but this would be great to accommodate 2 couples and their kids as well. The bed was very comfortable. The indoor pool was great! Everything was clean and well stocked although we did bring some additional appliances with us. The owner was very responsive. There is a busy road you could sometimes hear road noise, but it still seemed fairly quiet and secluded in the back yard space near the fire pit. About the only thing I wished it had was a hot tub, being fall when we were there. Especially after so much hiking and other activities we did. Would highly recommend checking this place out!

Great stop

This property was better than described! We chose this location to have access to the red river gorge and its amenities. It’s a short drive to Slade and the gorge so that worked perfect. Plenty of space for the 8 of us, and the pool was icing on the cake. Somehow the pool house was not super hot on the 97 degree we arrived, and a dip in the pool was just what we needed to beat the heat. Then it stormed the next day, we were still able to swim because it was under roof. Host was very accommodating and back and forth communication was top notch. Thank you again!

The pool was awesome!!! We spent hours in the pool. The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures and had everything we needed. Close to town with all the shopping you need but felt like it was out in the country.
