“This is a impressive property that was hosted to us very well. Both the exterior and interior were a beautiful sight, especially with the Christmas tree in the hall. It felt very special staying here and it was a comfortable night stay. The property was kept to a nice temperature and the fireplace was easy to manage. Our only regret was both of us not remembering to fill in the form on what we wanted for our cooked breakfast on arrival as this meant we had to select from a different menu in the……

Accommodation very expensive though and pub was very busy that meant our table for dinner was moved in to bar area and two main courses not available. “Had a fab stay - staff friendly at check in and the room was excellent. We stayed in 21 which had a four poster bed and plenty of space - it was wonderfully traditional and added to the stay perfectly. There is plenty of parking at the hotel and breakfast was good value with lots of choice. We stayed for the racing and it was an ideal location - would definitely recommend and stay again.”
