「Nice house. Living room furniture is not comfortable if you spend any amount time in there. Definitely can't plan to have someone sleep on sofa - visual appeal only. Location was great/close to Sb fields for week long tournament. Front door lock needs to be fixed as very difficult to lock door, but overall a decent place.」

「Nicely renovated house in Peoria Heights - not a bad neighborhood but still 5-6 blocks from the nice downtown strip of the Heights. Both bedrooms and the bathroom are up a tight flight of stairs - not an issue for most but wouldn’t work for someone with mobility problems. The owner was very responsive and allowed us a late checkout. Overall solid place for two or three people. 」

「I stayed in town to care for an ill friend in hospital. I thought I was staying on the lower level of the house. It was actually an upstairs apartment with outside access & steep stairs to take your luggage up. I was hoping the host would be flexible with my check-in and check-out since I was looking for accommodations to sleep during day and leave for hospital in early eve. each day, He was not. 「I love old houses: they are always so unique and special and this one was no exception. It was compact, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our week long stay. All the basics and then some were there, the bedding and towels were excellent, and the spaces were well laid out. The beds were very easy to fall asleep in. (The footboards do limit size for taller people.) Ashley was great to work with and prompt answering questions. We will definitely stay here again. 」
