"Really great spa and pool, room, and food. Some important details: no spa admission after 8 pm, it reopens at 10 in the morning. Restaurant kitchen closes after 8 pm too, but they still serve drinks and charcuterie. Some staff spoke English and it was helpful because the receptionist did not. Also the credit card machine at the reception wouldn't process Hotels.com charges in dollars (but the restaurant's card reader can do it)"

"We had a truly delightful stay at the Dorint Herrenkrug Parkhotel in Magdeburg. We had requested an extra bed for our child via email, and we were pleasantly surprised to find it already set up upon our arrival.
